I was really pleased as this was the first time I've ever used a service like this on the internet. Sent my gadget last week and received my payment today. What was even better was that the quote they provided was paid 100 %. I would definitely recommend everyone to use Bozowi.

I used Bozowi to sell my old device. I send my old iPad 2 to Bozowi last week. These folks were fantastic from the first email I sent with queries about my iPad. The selling process was fast and simple and received the exact amount offered to me. I wouldn't hesitate in making use of Bozowi again.

I was offered the sum of up to £41 for my iPod touch 3rd generation. But for some reason they got back to me saying it was the 2nd gen even though I sent it off in the original packaging and showed them the receipt. I was given £7 instead of my £41, so pretty poor service. I'm definitely never going to use it never again and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody! EVER!

I love the services. Fast an easy to use. Its my second time using Bozowi. I just sent my phone and quite confident it'll be sold just like my other gadgets before.

So I'm going to write on behalf of a friend who could not write a review due to Bozowi not allowing negative reviews to be posted by their customers (in other words - allowing the truth to come out) Basically - sold Iphone, Bozowi cut price due to 'water damage' which they explained could be anything as little as condensation. Negative review given because of this by said friend including the fact that Bozowi were charing £10 to return the phone. Then Bozowi would not return the phone until the negative review was removed. Use this company at your own risk - I hope it goes under!

Very quick turn around. Gave me more money than other leading websites for my phone. Kept me updated by email regularly. Less than 1 week service.

I accept I was late sending in my 2 phones but the new price for the phones was less than they were offering for non working phones on a current search engine site the price on the site was £35 and £24 for non working. i was given no opportunity to reject this new offer and I am now trying to get my phones back. Since writing the above it has taken almost a month to get this review on, so the price has gone down again, but still not the ridiculous £19 per phone they gave me. There are better Companies than this don't use. It would Appear that Bosowi have nothing to say, they don't answer phones and now appear selective with there responses to reviews, why am I not surprised.

Easy to use, easy to send phones and quick to receive payment. Good at staying untouched with order progress. Would use again.

Very slow service, eventually phoned to chase up order. Credit to them they sorted it out straight away.

So I sent two psp's by special delivery. The Royal Mail confirmed delivery but I heard nothing from bozowi. I give it the best part of a week and email them, no response. Today I received both psp's back in the post. Why? I do not know both work without any problems, one of them is brand new and doesn't have so much as a mark on it. I'm only giving them two stars as they didnt charge me to return the item. Changed from two stars to one. Still had had an email or a phone call about this. When they say they need to investigate further it basically means go away to me and make them look like a serious company to anyone reading.

Got 2 brand new iphone 5 16gb's searched online for highest price and Bozowi came on top in all the comparison sites that tried. Sent the phones, got email confirming they had received them a few days after sending them. Then got email saying payment had been sent, hours later received the full amount quoted on line in my paypal account. Process was easy, smooth and quick. Regular updates and super fast payment. Would use again for sure.

i sent my phone to them but they are saying the phone is not received. do not trust these guys, i sent my phone through royal mail special delivery and i even sent my proof postage. seems like they trying to scam people out of money by making up false facts.

What a waste of time and money I spent on this cheap, incompetent useless company. quoted me £232 for my mint condition iPhone 4s. Email received later offering me £100. Awful customer service, completely poor quality of care. Doesn't sound like a genuine company. almost seems like their trying to scam people out of money by making up false facts about mint condition phones. Had to pay £10 for my phone to be posted back. Was told it would be posted special next day delivery. 3 days later and no phone received. after a brief phone call a useless customer care idiot said the payment took a day and a half to be received despite it being deducted from my bank immediately. Do not use this poor cheap company. Save yourself the hassle and use the known companies.

i sent my phone off to this company under the impression i would be getting £71 for my phone from which it didn't mention the phone had to be like new. i got an email saying the phone has a scratch and a small crack on the case so the price is now £57.00. then i received an email saying my payment had bounced because my details are wrong which is a load of S*** they were correct 100%. i called them and they said i had updated my account number to the correct 1 but the sort code was still wrong (EVEN THOUGH I HADN'T LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT AT ALL!!!!!) i managed to get through on the phone and demand my money they have sent me a cheque which i haven't tried to bank yet but it was for £47.00??? so where the hell as another £10 gone to? i have sent them an emailed demanding a call back from a manager but haven't heard anything. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP OR I PROMISE THIS WILL BE TAKEN MUCH FURTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they will rip you off, lie to you and then and only then when you have to seek legal action against them will they speak to you - in such a manner where you feel like something that they have stepped in, I sent a BRAND NEW Z10 which i won in a competition, NEVER been used, but because the box was not in the plastic (which it didnt have any on when i received this) they downgraded the phone - ABSOLUTE bunch of IDIOTS who work here - I have been labelled a RACIST by one of their members of staff, even tho my child is of mixeed race - then to finally get my phone back - THEY SEND ME NOT MY PHONE... so now i start legal proceedings, but this has gone to another level of complaint this is now FRAUD, and SLANDER

Sent my device which was valued at 17.00, sent numerous emails re the progress as was becoming concerned due to length of time it was taking to arrive. Low and behold my device arrived on the day my quote ended!!!! Very suspicious. Then an email to say it was valued at less than £10.00 and that the minimum they paid out was £10.00 so i therefore would receive nothing!! Do not use! I sent a different phone to <External link removed> on the exact same date and there were no such problems whatsoever! Very unhappy! My 11 year old son was really upset as he ad planned on spending the money towards birthday presents!!!!!! Truly disgusted.

Sent my phone in, offered £128. Had to pay to send the phone as the 'free postage' offered on the site is incorrect. they refused to refund this. Was emailed to advise scratches to the phone. re valued at £78. The phone had a case and screen protector on from day one. Phone was sent in perfect condition. After refusing to accept the offer, they are now demanding £10 to send the phone back, despite insured postage only costing £6.95. Was forced to signed declaration of conformity and remove this review otherwise they will keep my phone. They Did not send 'evidence of damage' they used for re valuation. I re-worded the declaration and sent it back stating I am allowed to post this review, signed it and they sent me the phone back. They must not have read the deceleration I sent them!! Luckily Total rip off and con artists. do not use, will make sure no one I know is duped by this company. Please do not look at one review, look at the previous ones. They force most to remove reviews or keep handsets but as you can see most leave negative feedback!!
