2 years or so ago I bought 2 pallets of wire cut red clay bricks.(Trustpilot has sent me a link today to comment!) Hidden in the middle were well over 150 machine made stamped red bricks. The vast majority of the bricks were not clean. They were covered in soot, layers of paint and mortar. I spent 2 full days hand cleaning them before I could use them as planned. Complaints and photographs were ignored. No compensation given. I would not buy again nor recommend them. Hopefully my complaint and that of another I know of at the same time encouraged them to step up their game.

Very positive experience from ordering to delivery. Initial delivery was short by one pallet which took some further telephone calls to resolve. Team was very helpful in resolving the issue relatively quickly.
