First time dealing with Ambient, ordered a 3.5m2 mat, controller etc for a customers bathroom. Also bought 3 bags of febflor levelling compound. It was ordered on Sunday evening and arrived as promised on Tuesday. They arrived well packaged and all in tact. The prices were good as it included free delivery (over 60 kg weight) and VAT, no hidden extras. All fitted without problems. Delighted.

I have installed Ambient underfloor heating in three rooms and highly recommend it. The kit is high-quality and reliable, and it works well. If you buy direct from Ambient-electrical, the prices are very competitive. Ambient's own controller is well-designed and looks smart, and you have a choice of other controllers if you want.

David the manager was fantastic helping us when he realised I had somehow ordered a low rating mat and a high wattage mat. He called it back from the courier and exchanged them before sending them out to us. Not yet fully fitted them both but im sure all will be great. Thermostats look great as well. Excellent service .
