My brother used Ambient Underfloor Heating about two years ago and has had no problems with what he bought, so when I said to him that I was going to refurbish my bathroom and have underfloor heating he suggested I use Ambient Underfloor Heating. So I went to their website and ordered a 1 meter square kit and digital controller, I ordered it on the Wednesday evening and it was delivered on the Friday. It’s not being installed until the 3rd week of February, I can’t wait.

Very helpful office/technical response to my enquiry about the product - agreed and ordered the right kit for my conservatory and the kit was delivered the following day. The outer cardboard packaging was damaged (courier said it wasn't him) but the contents seemed visually fine. Called Ambient again, who suggested I take a photo of the packaging damage and Luke made a record of this on my order, in case the electric mat was damaged. Overall, I'm impressed so far with the prompt deliver and obvious backup. My electrician will carry out the final wiring and testing once I've laid the floor.
The thermostat I required was the cheapest quote I found and included none of the annoying postal or service charges that other companies add. The item was delivered as promised. No complaints at all.

I have now used Ambient 5 times. My goods arrive in good time and in multi pack orders the items are always correct . nothing ever arrives damaged either and goods are always well packed. Web site and ordering process is simple and easy to use. I will continue to use them as long as they continue to trade.
