The product was supplied at the best price I could find and significantly below what the nearest competitor offered, including delivery. I know that delivery was next day by Parcelforce but having had many problems with this courier previously I wasn't hopeful. It was a pleasant surpriseto receive the parcel by lunchtime the next day without a mark on the box! Overall, excellent service at an excellent price. By the way the Warmup 4ie is a great piece of kit!
Amazing customer service. Called me to offer me an alternative cheaper product when what I ordered was out of stock. Also checked my dimensions for under floor heating and advised I was buying too much so saved me some money too! Order was shipped next day! I can’t promote them enough!

Product works well and was a good price. Initially I could not find the battery holding area so I spoke to their technical guy who told me to remove the cover and the issue was resolved. I should have realized what was required.
