Once we managed to get hold of them ( not sure if they had closed their phone and email contact routes for the summer/autumn period, or had Covid staffing issues???) the response and service received was excellent. The item purchased ( aube thermostat controller for electric underfloor heating) was easy to install. Previous one lasted approx 8 years and we were impressed that the same staff appeared to be in post as when we had installed the system originally.
