Phoned to ask questions regarding three wheeled walker and girl couldn't have been more helpful...to the point of calling me back after seeking further info for me. Second call to order item was exactly the same. Fast efficient and extremely helpful staff. On arrival 2 days after purchase item is great.

My father-in-law is registered blind, severely arthritic and walks with a stick, so when it comes to climbing the three steps up to his door he struggles a bit. Well no more! I found the perfect outdoor handrail grip at Ability Superstore which was easy to fit and is just the job. Now he can grip the rail with his right hand and use his stick with his left. Perfect. It was easy to purchase from Ability Superstore and from placing the order to fitting the rail was less than a week (he lives in Lincoln, we're in Brum so we couldn't do it the day it arrived). Great service.

The turntable was extremely wll packed, By the time Ihad broken into theparcel realised it wasv exactly what I want do. Which was to climb into the car and out of it, Ibielive I have achieved this using this turntable.

The order for a rollator was made to the company and they handled it efficiently and, when I e-mailed them to alter my address, they carried this out immediately. The rollator arrived by Parcel Force in a short time and was well packaged. The only drawback was the lack of good, clear instructions for assembly. These were too scant in my opinion. There was a basket for attachment to the rollator but no instructions whatsoever as how to do it. This was done by trial and error before we got it right. There are two hooks on the front of the rollator but nothing to say what they are for. Considering that these are meant for elderly and disabled people I think it would be kind to make it easier for them to be able to follow, clear, concise instructions along with good diagrams and pictures. Now that the rollator is assembled and in full working order, it is easy to use and the front wheel turns freely for manouevering. It is light yet sturdy and doesn't take up too much room, when leaving it parked by the user's chair. The lid on the basket is handy for putting things on to take to another room, making the user more independent. My husband is very pleased with his new rollator.

NOT SURE WHAT MORE I CAN ADD. CALLING AND ARRANGING A DELIVERY TO SWEDEN WAS PRETTY EASY. STILL WAITING DELIVERY OF GOODS, 3 DAYS QUOTED BUT I'M NOT SURPRISED IT'S NOT ARRIVED YET. HOPEFULLY TOMORROW. NORMALLY AROUND 5 OR 6 WORKING DAYS FROM UK

I found the company very helpful, not only did they keep their promise to delivery my crutches within four days the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and pleasant to talk to,I telephoned from my home late on the Friday night which is in Florida USA and I did not. Know where the crutches were coming from so when I saw they came from Nelson which I believe us in lancashire or it was when I lived in the UK I was impressed so thank you very much for your wonderful service jean granato

I ordered an item for my bath, a control pad and they sent it out to me within a week, but when it arrived, due to the age of my pad the charger didn't fit. So I phoned them up and they sent me the newer charger free of charge and it arrived next day. I can't praise them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a part or piece of equipment.

Jane needed to look into the problem we were experiencing with the hand controller for Bath lift. She spoke to the manufacturers and got back to me as promised. She then also followed up and has asked me to let her know if we have been successful with the spare part. Very impressive. Barry Cole

The crutch grips i have recently bought have been fine, but the brochure was not as clear as it could have been about the cost of how many you got for a certain price as you had to email me to make sure i had ordered for two pairs and not one pair. So looking on line did made it clear, even though the prices were slightly different from the brochure so if you only bought from the brochure it would have been a bit confusing as to what you were actually getting for your money.

Fast service but one item was slightly broken and as all items were sent without written instructions, I didn't realise (tray for a volaris S7) until after it fell off the rollator with a cup of hot tea. The bag for the S7 didn't seem the same as in the illustration and only came with short fitting hooks and no pop on straps - perhaps this is right but it is not clear.
