I orderd 2 slings from ability superstore I found it hassle free.it was great because I was able to pay through PayPal so didn't have to use bank or credit card information online,made me feel a lot safer.

Having broken my leg and being unable to put weight on my foot for 12 weeks, I decided a walking frame would give me the freedon to do things a bit more for myself as I found crutches too restrictive as your hands are not free, at least I can make a flask of tea and carry it to the table using the frame as it is supporting you. I purchased the small width walking frame and found the service from the Ability Superstore brilliant. The wheels on the frame when weren't any good, so they sent me a new set without question. The wheels are plastic and not free spinning, but a squirt of WD40 did the trick. I would have no hesitation of recommending using this supplier and would do so again thank you.

I'm pleased I discovered this company via the internet, who were very helpful in providing the chair I required. I live in Italy and am confined to bed most of the time. This limitation makes it very difficult for me or my wife to sorce some itams we need. It does, if we purchase from the UK, make those purchases more expensive due to the cost of delivery. However, with a prompt and helpful company who have the interest of their business as the foremost consideration, then the customers are the people all employed must love. I thank them their mission was accomplished with me.

Ordered a wheelchair cozy for my mum, could not work out how to enter a size but got a call from the company to confirm this before it was delivered. Lady who called was really friendly and told me not to worry if I got wrong size they would change it no problem if not suitable. Item came, fitted, pleased with quality of item. Very good value and great for use anywhere. We take this in the Van when we go out and it is useful when in peoples homes when the room you need to get in is narrow.

The product I ordered was just as described, but delivery took 7 days which I thought was rather a long time, contacted customer sales by email of which they did say they would chase up after the weekend, but the product then turned up on that day. Delivery time wouldn't put me off ordering from them again

I use these rubbers from the manufacturers because they are better made and stronger, ihave tried from other shops and they didn't last as long.

I found the Ability Superstore a couple of years ago when I was looking for a couple of things to help me with personal daily tasks. The Ability Store had some that I was keen to see and they arranged for me to call at one of their outlets and showed me what I had chosen also on talking to them came up with a couple of other suggestions that might help. I was able to take these home with me and paid for the additional ones on line. The service I have had was second to none. I have been able to purchase a few times from this company the items always arrive well packaged and quickly. I have saved this company onto my favourites listing so it only takes a couple of clicks of the mouse to get to them.

I bought an item for my mother who requires 24 hour oxygen. When I spoke to The Ability Superstore they advised me I was looking for an incorrect and more expensive item than was required. I received the item within a couple of days. Fantastic, quick and professional service.
