I purchased the 3 color cartridges and Black for an HP Deskjet. The magenta and cyan have not worked after 5 attempts to clean and my printer is currently useless. I assume I will have to go and purchase the expensive HP cartridges and cross my fingers. If I do this and they work, I will be very frustrated that I went the 499 route.

I wasn't sure that I would be satisfied. The price seemed too good to be true, so I bought a couple of cartridges for my Kodak. All I can say is WOW. Very pleased, the cartridges out perform the originals. Color is good, and the cartridges out last the Kodaks. Shippig fees are also great. Just received my second order.

I was hesitant to try refurbished cartridges, but they seem to be working fine. When I first put them in, it said, doesn't recognize cartridges reinstall. After taking them out and putting them back in, the printer charged them and they work fine. Saved a lot of money and that's always a good thing.

Lowest price found online or anywhere for that matter... even beat eBay listings. free shipping and coupons to boot make 499 inks the only place i will shop for cartridges from now on and i recommend it to anyone with compatible printers. The one and only issue i did have was fitting them into my printer... it was so hard to do that the black ink leaked into my printer several times and didn't recognize that the cartridge was in place... this happened about 4 times. To be fair though, my printer sat collecting dust for over 6 years or more so it was probably the printer and not the ink cartridges. would still highly recommend.

I have used the ink cartridges for a week now and printed off both text and pictures and the pictures and text both look good. Satisfied for now

I couldn't find refill cartridges for my vintage Epson printer at any stores and this was the cheapest price on-line. Effective, timely delivery was also appreciated.

When I took the caps off they did leak a little but I was ready for it, I bought 4 total 3 color and 1 black all xl. for 25.00 including shipping. I had bought one at Wal-Mart, black only xl for 38.00 total w/tax. when I opened it, it leaked all over my papers and floor. I took it back and ordered the ones from 499inks and am very pleased. I wish they would have had cartridges for my daughters printer, I would have also ordered them.

i ordered 98black, installed cartridge print calibration page, and 2 small parts invoices, and printer is showing replace cartridge on right,and that is 98black, i called 3 times and give me runaround.

I am glad that I looked for ink on the internet. I bought 2 color and 2 b/w and spent what I would have just on 1 each.. Ink is great and will purchase from them again.

Cartigages DON'T WORK.won't answer the phone.......save money and time...go buy them at a local store paul Burch

The ink arrived in a very timely manner and when installed the printer read the cartridge as a new HP cartridge not an out of date.

Customer service is great. Having a bit of a problem getting a reasonable amount of pages printed with the ink cartridges especially black. Good prices but ink should last longer.

I ordered a print cartridge that is over $20 in most stores. The delivery was quick, but I haven't tried it in the printer yet.
