Unexpected quality for an aftermarket product.

I placed my order on 12/31. It is now 1/20 and Im still waiting to receive my order. If I dont have it by the end of the week, I will be filing a claim with paypal for a refund. You should not have to order ink a month in advance. Thats just truly bad service.

It took a little longer to get than I would like, but it WAS free shipping. The ink cartridges came well packaged and in great shape. I put one in my printer immediately, aligned and it worked just as well as any HP ink cartridge that I have used and overpaid for in the last 10 years!!! Thanks 499Inks...I will return!

The ink for my HP is far too expensive and I have been searching for THE better way. It appears I may have found it. My first order was a small one for just a couple of cartridges. My next one, when it is needed, will be for one complete set. If that goes well my future orders will be what's needed plus a reserve to avoid running out. And I will then also add my Brother needs.

I have tried other sites, and have had problems installing them in my HP printer! Very happy with my purchase and will recommend this site to all.

Terrible. Ordered Print Cartrides for my Kodak Printer acvcording to yur website and was sent the wrong cartridge. 499 Ink agreed in an email but did no follow up in 2 weeks.to correct the problem.

We had no problems ordering, receiving, or using the printer cartridges in our Dell printer from 499inks.

When I removed the cover from the ink the cover was full of ink. It splashed all over my hands and shirt. It works well now that it is in the printer
