We offer ink and toner cartridges that we have fully tested, for both print quality and longevity. It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.
I will definitely be using only this site from now on for my ink purchases. My order was correct and got it quickly.

Even though Kodak printers are supposed to be cheaper on ink...it is still expensive to replace either the color or black cartridges. Not nearly as painful with 499Ink. The order was sent quickly and arrived on time. I paid the same amount for three times the ink. Will definitely order again!!
It takes awhile to get order together because you can only add one item at a time & have to keep starting over at search, it's annoying.
Years of experience working with Kodak printers and like the low prices on the inks. I only wish there was a sale on print heads,because I have to call the manufacturer for a replacement once every 90 days.

I haven't been pleased at all with my experience. I'm not an ink guy. When my printer runs low I order ink and that's it. I type in the type of printer and generally the computer let's me know the type of cartridge I need to purchase. This is what I did with 499inks. Here is my experience afterwards: Once the cartridges arrive, I open the first package and it's clearly not the right one. I try to call the company and get a voicemail each time. So I sent an email. Someone responded and I let them know we received the wrong one. They asked for the type of printer and I gave them the same type I entered online. There response was that printer has a completely different skew and price than what I received. They asked if I opened any of them. I said yes and that's how I knew it was the wrong size. They said they will email me a return authorization and there would be a 15% restocking fee for all the cartridges and a in store credit minus the restocking fee. I explained that I used there system to determine the ink type. There response was please understand where we are coming from. We can't just sent your opened one back out. We have to send back to our supplier and oh by the way, you have to pay for the shipping back to us. Rediculous I thought because there system recommended the wrong thing. In my opinion DO NOT use these guys. It's not worth the hassle. Too bad on their part. We print a lot at our office and order ink quite a bit through the year.
Excellent products that work like the original version. I am impressed with the quality of the ink and the quickness of the delivery when ordered.

Cannot beat the price of cartridges, fast shipping and offers through emails for discounts. I dealt with Customer Service Representative on an issue; they were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional and resolved my issue quickly and I was completely satisfied.

Instructions to bypass printer default settings, that should have come with the inks because of the printer "not recognizing " the cartridges, we're not available to me until after I panicked and called the support number, would have saved me the call and stressful moment had they accompanied the ink cartridges. A lot of time could be saved by simply sanding along a printed version of the email I finally received with "how to" get around the obvious "proprietary " ink settings set by Epson. But... I ultimately ended up being a happy camper, so all's well that ends well.
