We are an ethically invested, socially conscious company based out of Canada. Our focus is providing smokers with an alternative to tobacco through our vaping products. Our e-liquids are made in Canada with minimal ingredients. Many customers have said that our e-liquids were some of the best they've had. We do our utmost to make switching to vaping easy. The 180 Smoke brand was crowdsourced from thousands of smokers via social media, in-person consultations, and online surveys. This includes everything from our company name to the logo, the product features, product lines and e-liquid flavours. Through constructive feedback from customers, we continuously improve our product functionality, design, taste, and customer support. We currently have two patents pending; one of our inventions was donated to the public free-of-charge, and we have released it in open source. This was my first time ordering and I will definitely order again from them. I really appreciated the communication regarding my order, the prompt delivery and the added hand sanitizer freebie. My products arrived exactly as as I expected, excellent on line headshop.

First experience was great. Second one was not so good, was sent the wrong order and waited 3 weeks due to the mail but have to wait longer now.

Friendly staff, great service. My only gripe, that I share with many others, is that your store does not accept returns or offer replacement vaporizers-that are faulty, within 30 days.

Best vape store in all of Canada. Fastest shipping can take up to 3 days to deliver to new Brunswick, and it's honestly faster than I've gotten any Amazon Prime package while living here. Everything is fantastic, including selection. I rated 5/5 stars because it's phenomenal.

In these Corono virus times it is not easy to give a opinion review with out taking that fact in to consideration, this is challenging times both for businesses and customers. That said, it should be a given that businesses in retail and service would do whatever it takes to keep their loyal customer base. I have always been happy with customer support at 180Smoke and given my opinion about it. This time though, it was a total failure. No help at all with my order that was 33 days late, just arrogance and to put it blunt, stupid suggestions. 180Smoke, i don't mind that it takes you one week before replying to e-mails about missing parcels, i know there is pandemic and these are challenging times. What i do mind is when l spend a lot of money and get this sort of treatment, that is just not good enough, not even when you have a pandemic you can hide pore customer support behind Stay safe Regards.

Great that 180 Smoke Vape has discounts n awesome services both in store n one day delivery right to ur door with live delivery tracking. But when it comes to ordering, there's no favourites. Options to save ur fav products. It can be pain in the butt to keep searching. Also doesn't have waiting list or any sort of way to keep track of items that r "out of stock". I've spent 2 months keep checking back for my items for it to be not available. I finally decided to give them a call to find out it's been discontinued. Order elsewhere. Then about a week later I just happen to checkout website again n they were stocked again! So 180 Smoke lost 5 ejuice n 2x4 filters. Sucked cause the other place I ordered took almost 2 weeks n I ended up paying more. Would've been nice if customer service at 180 Smoke had proper info. Would've got my sale n I would've been happy as well. Besides all that, 180 Smoke has been great service for me both online n in stores.
