The new website is really bad, first of all age requirement segment is not working well and everytime I buy something I'm facing with a problem. When I'm giving order, after I give all of my informations and click to continue it's written wait. I can see that you guys get the money from my visa but in the internet page it's still written "wait". After a long time I click to "my account" section and I'm facing with changing password menu. Where is my orders? How can I check them? Just a couple week ago the site was literally perfect and basic but now it doesn't even work properly. Please fix it
They had what I needed. It was shipped and received without any issues.
In the past when I have ordered from 180 Smoke, I relied on the Swyft delivery option. I live at Bay and Dundas, I qualified for same day delivery in the past as long as I placed my order before 2pm. Now, all of a sudden without proper explanation as to why, customer service says I am not living in an area that qualifies. The website has been been under construction and it has been extremely frustrating when the website has been running prematurely of making changes.
