My last order of lights were not made by the same manufacturer. I was told that it was a single filament. You can nearly see a ting glow. I had ordered several colors. In May. I assumed that they were the same as I had bought before. I change my window candles to orange for fall and Halloween. I did notice that the plastic bulb was smaller and was a pale peach. When I had changed out the lights all 25 of them, you could not distinguish that there were orange lights in my candle holders. I called the company and they said tuff luck. They wouldn’t replace or accept a return or refund my purchase. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! ! ! I went to Christmas Lights. Com. They give you a 90 day warranty and they have beautiful, brilliant color choices. Will never use 1000 bulbs again.

The website was easy to use, and the tracking and delivery were good. However, the bulbs are duller than we expected. Do you have 100 watt bulbs?

Great products. 2 out of the 10 light bulbs I ordered came broken - I called and they asked me to take a pic of the broken bulbs - sent me an email to reply with the photos of the bulbs and issued a refund promptly and mailed new bulbs that day. Great customer service. Ty.
