I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the customer service I experienced at your Green Lane branch today. My husband and I visited your office to renew our contract, only to be met with the worst treatment we have ever received. Not only were there delays in responding to our queries and addressing important matters in the past, but today's encounter was particularly upsetting. We were shocked to discover that my husband had not been included in the previous year's contract, despite the clear indication in the 2021 agreement that two adults resided at the property. Our contract had already expired last month, and instead of helping us resolve this issue, your staff engaged in a heated argument and were completely unwilling to assist us. What made the situation even more distressing was the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff. Instead of discussing our matter in a respectful and professional manner, they resorted to chatting in Turkish language in front of us, making us feel ignored and disrespected. This level of rudeness and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression on me. I have never before been subjected to such unprofessional behavior and disrespectful treatment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when dealing with matters as important as property contracts. The way we were treated today was completely unacceptable.
I gave my property to Zuplex to manage under guaranteed rent tenancy but had to chase them every month for payment. whenever i call to enquire they were extremely aggressive,disrespectful and utter unprofessional. When i asked them to organise a repair of a broken window hinge, the quotation was an eye watering £430. I had to contact a local glazier and got it fixed only for £63. These are a bunch of cow boys and shouldn't have been allowed to operate in this market in the UK. The so called director Cem, was a man with the least emotional intelligence and disrespectful.
Someone made an advert for a flat using my mums mobile number by accident. That caused loads of stress in itself. Now you’ve been hounding my mum with texts and calls for years when we’ve begged you to take her number off your system. You keep lying saying it’s been taken off when it hasn’t.
This is the worst agency I dealt with. They don’t answer any complaints when you have issues with your property. They don’t even talk to you with respect once they they give you the key and you end up headache. We rented a property 2 years before and till now they never dealt our issue straight. The worst part is when they said, “we are not gonna do nothing about that issue, if you wanna fix, fix fix your self, if you wanna move move” I will not recommend no one at all.
The agents were very helpful and understanding with me as a tenant, helped me sort out my issues fast and efficently. 10/10 recommend.

Zuplex on their website mention about “Guaranteed rent”. The only thing guaranteed from my experience with them for the last couple of years is NOT PAYING me the rent owed unless chased up relentlessly. At time of writing this I am being owed 2 months rent! (In fact it will be 3 months in a couple of weeks!). It never used to be like that but even then when the rent was being paid on time, the experience with the tenants they provided left much to be desired. The tenant(s) was mysterious or best described as “ghost”. They hardly lived at the property for the whole year of their tenancy but my rent got paid regularly. The tenants changed the front door locks of my property without my permission. I was glad when they left after a year. Their strange activities had caused damage to the kitchen floor. They also caused me enormous expenses in having to solve low water pressure in the property which ended up damaging the Central heating boiler and needed replacing. The current tenants are good ones so I will give Zuplex credit for that but Zuplex as a company has this unprofessional habit of not forwarding on tenant’s rent to the Landlord. So far my experience with them can be summarised as Bad tenants but rent paid on time. Good tenants but Zuplex refusing to pay the rent!

During my 3 years at zuplex landlords were always paid on time as per the contract and all maintenance issues resolved on time . Landlords were recommending friends and family because they were happy with the service provided by zuplex . They are a friendly and honest team and I would recommend zuplex to all landlords
I’m going to be honest , this is one of the worse the estate agents you can come across. Dodgy mortgages. The property manager doesn’t pay gurantee rent on time , Cem Mustafa. There always different staff, high turnover. Dodgy people and dodgy business . They give all the houses to the council or other organisations if they can’t not fill with a tenant and not letting the landlord know. Also with property matience I advise landlords to do it themself as the property manager puts money on top, £200+ or more to claim his commission. My advice is please go else where. They are very unprofessional and need your £££. As a landlord myself , my gurantee rent was not paid on time, rude owners.
I decided to go with Zuplex in 2016 as they made me good offer with the guaranteed rent. I rented it to them unfurnished, they moved the goal post by wanting it furnished after contracts had been signed. WITHIN 6 months their tenants had kicked down my front door, busted most of my double glazing window locks and caused unmentionable damage. As compensation I was told they will repair the damage IF I sign a new contract (Nov 2017)for lower money. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR CONTRACT HANDY, BECAUSE YOU'LL NEED IT TO PROVE TO THEM YOUR RENT SHOULD'VE BEEN PAID. At least every two months i have to remind them of payment and to date their repair work leaves a lot to be desired. In 10 years of renting they are the 2nd worst agency I've dealt with.
