10/10 from Amber River C&M - I ordered branded desk mats in 2018 and recently ordered another set as our company rebranded. The ordering process, choice of colours and correspondence from Zest Promotional was excellent. The desk mats are really good quality and the ones from 2018 still look brand new. If you need desk mats for quality I highly recommend the large leatherette desk pad in belluno pu leather :)

Recently used Zest promotional for coffee mugs: Very quick to respond to emails. Provide various option on deigns. Production and delivery time was accurate. Overall good service and will be using the company again.

If I could put a minus star I would. I have dealt with a few people within the company and all but one were polite. After a botched order I was told "I wish I had never accepted your order" I told the person in question that the error was theirs. He then tried to blame me for an error that was clearly theirs. This person was rude and unprofessional and clearly lacks any self awareness as he failed to recognised that his response and tone was inappropriate and they failed to fulfil the order. Avoid this company

Zest was incredibly helpful in getting my company's promo items to me in time for our big event! I was constantly asking questions, and even when I lessened my order, there was no decrease in quality of service. I will definitely use Zest again as soon as we have promotional needs.
