They delivered the chair I ordered within 5 days, I was expecting it to be in an average/ok condition as not new, but was surprised by how pristine it looked. Just went to their store and they let me try 4 different HM Aeron. Very helpful, explained the differences and helped my decision. 12 months warranty and very good price. Definitely going to go back when I need more chair. A+++++ (And not a scam as the other person stated here on Trustpilot, you can go there and check it in person before purchase, also they picked up the phone every time and extremely helpful)
