Was very happy with the quality of blinds I received. Instructions to install very easy to follow. They look great up and finish the bedroom and bathroom off nicely. I also really admired the fact that after I sent my order in, they emailed me to confirm the size I ordered. ( one had smaller width slats than the other) They just wanted to check I hadn’t ordered a wrong size. That’s great customer service!!!!
Amazing quality blinds at an equally amazing price. Delivered well within the 15 working days advertised, considering they need to cut to size then ship. The ongoing and follow up customer service has been second to none. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Will definately use again and would recommend to others.

Great products! I ordered Day and Night Vertical Sheers, which are similar to curtains but actually a much better shading solution. Why? Because instead of having 2 curtains, you get 1 blind for a fraction of the price. When the slats are open, light is filtered in; when the slats are closed, your room is darkened and you get privacy. Additionally, the louvres create a perfect wave form, which you cannot achieve with curtains.
I was looking for made to measure blinds for small windows. I especially wanted pink blinds. Upon researching and looking at a number of online blind suppliers I found Zen Shades. They had lovely pink venetian blinds and could make them to measure. Upon comparison they were 50% cheaper than other online retailers. I placed the order, there was a delay due to the festive period, however they called me to advise of the delay and apologise for it. Once my blinds arrived, they fitted perfectly, the quality is really good and they look stunning. I am delighted with them and i will use Zen Shades again.
