Daisy, our very special miniature Labradoodle, is the love of our life. When selecting dry kibble for her as a puppy, we read all about how much of the ingredients were lost during the extreme baking process. We started adding the necessary probiotics in Canine Prime to Daisy’s meals from an early age. Her coat is always in good condition, her breath doesn’t smell, poos are firm (so easy to pick up!) general health and temperament are great although I can’t actually attribute this to Canine Prime. All I know is that she is receiving good vitamins and gut friendly enzymes which is the best payback we could ask for.
I am writing this on behalf of my 75 year old mother. Today she received a second order which she did not want or authorise. I checked and she had accidentally ticked for a repeat subscription. I tried to find a way of cancelling this, none were to be found. I have written to them to cancel the subscription and not to take any future monies from her account. The website is obviously not clear in their intentions and set to easily fool people and make it difficult to stop money being taken from bank accounts. She meant to order one to try and ended up with six, still unused, her poor dog has passed. A month later now and another 6 have arrived £300 worth of products one unused and 11 not order. She will have to cancel her bank card to stop more money being taken which is ridiculous in todays age where everything should be able to be completed online. She will of course get the automated, please call us we are here to help. But truthfully, its not helpful to do this to the old who struggle with todays internet ordering. If someone wants 1 item then that ends up with 6 and 6 the next month, its wrong. I have tried this product before and my dog did not like it, I did not post any negative response then, but now after this with my mum, the product did not enhance my dogs skin, gut health (made it worse), smell, my dog did not want to eat food with the product on it. Sorry for the long post, but I don't like people/organisations unscrupulous ways of doing business. There should be a clear box/button/cancellation option very visible to everyone to cancel a subscription.
As well as the helpful nutrition and properties of this food I would like to bring the attention of what dog food or other treats you use, my dog intially had ear problems after we started using dental sticks my wife observed that there was a high content of grain in them that caused a yeast problem for our dog also there can be a lot of grain in some dog food that can cause skin irritation so to get the best from this food make sure the food you give your dog is grain free and addative free as possible. Here's to looking after our cherished pets.
I am sorry to tell you that it does not suit my dogs stomach, had to take him to the vets on Monday he had sickness and diarrhoea all weekend, and as Canine Prime is the only new thing in his diet, we have put it down to that. Unfortunately my dog has a delicate stomach, as a rescue, we think he was starved or just scavenged as a young dog but when he came to me 3 yrs ago, the vet had to sort his stomach out with Intestinal care 6 in 1 and a bland diet of everything chicken and we got him right after about 3 months until last weekend and he is back on the 6in1 again in the hope of settling his stomach down and back on chicken everything. Therefore I am sorry to ask if I can return the Canine Prime for a credit, as per your advertising, I have 2 containers unopened and a 3rd with maybe half in it. Please advise what the procedure is for return and credit, thank you. Look forward to hearing from you...
Simple to use. Dog likes the product and it does him good.
It just works, our little Jackapoo and she's only just two suffered with a yeast condition,which was costing me over a £100 a month with the vet and his injection. It didn't work 😕 😪 😞 But after a month of using canine prime we have no scratching or chewing her self and she is back full of life, thank you. AWESOME PRODUCT 💪
Canine Prime has given our dog a new lease of life. Just before we started giving Buddy canine prime he’d had a stroke, we were told by the vets to take him home and keep him comfortable, as he was a 13 year old staffie. And was also suffering with his legs. Then we found Canine Prime. Wow ! What a difference. He’s just had his 14th birthday and is still running around , enjoying his meals. He is such a happy boy and loves his long walks on the beach. Would highly recommend CANINE PRIME for every dog.
Lola is a 21 month old Sprocker. It was suggested by my vet for her to go on to Nutrafibre and Nutraquin when she was 3 months old. After watching your video I changed her to Canine Plus in March this year, when she was 18 months old, as I thought it would give her the right sort of nourishment whilst growing up. Since taking Canine Plus I haven't seen any improvement, but she is still very young, in fact she is eating more grass and scratching a lot more, so not sure whether to continue or revert back to her previous supplements.
I have been giving my dog canine prime for past few years she had blood work up done recently they stated her liver enzymes were elevated and was I giving her anything to alter her bloods. I stated I was giving her canine prime they asked me to check with supplier would it have an impact on a dog’s liver with the ingredients present in it , I emailed company a few weeks ago re this information I got no reply I emailed again hopefully I will get a reply re: my question on this issue if company state it do not interfere with my dog’s liver I will continue to give it to her as my dog’s Mobility is good since giving her canine prime and she has a shiny coat .
My dogs coats are lovely and soft and. Seem to have good joints I do find it expensive
I have 3 Westies - Misty 14, Mable 11 and Little Minx 7. I have had to introduce slowly, but finally got them to eat with the powder on their meal. Misty (my Old Lady) is an allergic dog (house dust mites and pollen and has had monthly injections from a puppy, she is deaf (from ear allergy reactions) and has diminished sight - but can tell the time where food is around! She was very stiff in her hind legs, but had started running again, and not using the steps to get on the sofa, but jumping up. Frightened the life out of me the first time! But she is now jumping for England - not all the time, but certainly more lively.
My Westie was struggling to climb a couple of steps to get to the house, and was quite lethargic he has been on nutrition 6 months now and he flies up the steps and family have noticed how lively he is, he is 15 years young.
They like it on there food and over the weeks it seems to have helped there joints.
Three weeks ago I sent back 2 unused unopened jars of your canine prime that I can no longer give to my dog. . I enclosed a letter explaining things and asking for a full refund. I have had neither an email nor a refund. This is not what I expected of your company and am sorely disappointed and dissatisfied. Please rectify things immediately. I am a lady of 83 and can not afford to be missing £80+ for goods I haven't used and no longer require. Many thanks in anticipation of your immediate response. J A Poyle.
The change I’ve seen in our fur babys is amazing I don’t just give it to one I have 5 and they all have some with there food the Energy my older boys have got now is amazing one of them had really bad arthritis no medication was really Working and the difference it made he back to jumping and playing like he 16 weeks old again couldn’t be more happy with the product!
Canine Prime contributes to my old dog's diarrhoea. She refuse all food in which it is present. She has been on an elimination diet which is how I can be fairly confident that she cannot tolerate the supplement
Our cockapoo had a lumbar injury requiring acupuncture over a period of 3 months. During that time we had to take shorter walks and naturally his fitness and energy levels were down. Once he was given the all clear we wanted to give him a supplement that would aid his return to fitness and improve his joint health. We chose Canine Prime and after approximately 8 weeks he is back to his old self, able to walk for longer and run around in the park without getting totally exhausted. He was a little hesitant with his food when we began to add the supplement at first, but now he does not hesitate. This is exactly what we expected after reading all the information available. In summary, it has taken a little time for us to see the benefits, but it is looking like it is working well.
Despite delivery issues, Canine Prime is a good product for keeping your dogs healthy.
Honest I can do..I purchased 3x canine prime as a special offer. 1st can I did not realy see a change in her agility.she ate regular and stools were no change. 2nd can stools as regular as norm and appetite good, however I started to get compliments on how shiney her coat is. Also a increase in her stamina and agility. 3rd can , lots of compliments on her coat, her appetite is very good and her agility and stamina is that of above her 2yr old pals she plays with running. She is 8yrs old and a staffy, absolutely holding her own against collies and labrador's and spaniels. Yes I now have a very active dog with an unbelievable endurance, swimming and running and chasing all sorts of things beyond her previous self. Seeing is believing wraps it up for me... very happy for her.
