I placed my first order for the supplement but sadly, and quite unexpectedly, my dog passed away almost on the same day the package was delivered. I contacted the company in the hope of gaining a refund for something I no longer needed. The company response to my email was almost immediate offering sympathy and stating that there would be no issue with a refund. If that was not enough the reply also gave a couple of links to dog charities that provided a ear for those suffering the bereavement of a pet. They were true to their word and they issued a refund the very day the package arrived back. Sadly I am still dealing with another company trying to resolve a similar issue. Yourpetnutrition were superb in their response and shows others how to provide a first class customer service if they wish to do so.

This canine supplement has made n incredibe difference to my dogs' energy levels and appetite... They love the taste of it- i add water and the powder to their kibble and it makes a tasty gravy! It would be great if the product came in treat forms too!

I need to check, my wee Bo puppy is 10 years old and has chased balls all his life so he is now suffering with joint pain. He is on Metacalm from the vet and I have tried CPD oil for his joints. The Metacalm is just pain relief so I had hoped the CPD would help his joints. For the last 6 months he has had a permanent lump - doesn't stop him! He still wants to play etc but he has slowed down considerably. I started him on this on Sunday and he is walking considerably better ALREADY!! I am not going to jump to conclusions but I am very excited...... I will come back to you in a month.

Easy to give and seems more lively in just 2 weeks. Her coat also feels softer and she seems more relaxed 👍👍

I’ve notice a different in his coat and skin just within two weeks also his digestion is a lot better and he has more energy if he didn’t have enough of that already 😂 I’ve told a few people of Facebook pages

Very pleased with the results so far. Didn’t start giving it to my lab till two weeks ago when he had an anaesthetic for x-rays due to his lameness. He was so dopey afterwards I waited a few days before starting him on half a dose of Prime. Within days, he was back chasing squirrels and no longer labouring with his walk. I am looking forward to a much fitter dog in the future. Thank you.

Having had a poorly dog for a year with undetected Giardia, Canine prime was a god send in helping replace his good gut bacteria and relieving him of constant runny poos. Great customer service and a fast and efficient delivery service.

First of all my dog is very fussy on what he will eat but he loves the powder also I found it so easy to by adding a little drop of water to the amount he has i can make it into a little paste ball or into a paste or drink for him so it's not the same each day so he doesn't get fed up having it the same way every day and has for the changes in him ive been blown away First of all my fur baby is a jack Russell cross chihuahua at 1 year of age these are the changes ive noticed in him he is no longer bitting his leg's when he's been running over grasses he's not scratching himself constantly he is a lot more confident in his self his eye's and nose no longer run when taken on grass or in a park his fur has grown thicker and he does not shed as much fur before taking the powder when nursing him i would have to brush myself down to remove his fur nowadays i don't have to my fur baby is now a very happy content little boy who is full of fun and loves life and I love that I now don't have to worry about him going onto grass, parks, woods, because of his skin, eye's and other reactions he had to pollen ect I NOW HAVE A VERY HEALTHY HAPPY FUR BABBY. I decided to give this to my two border collies, both 7 years old. They’re not showing to many signs of ageing yet, so I wasn’t expecting too much difference but I have noticed they’re stopped nibbling their paws, so I’ve presumed that they had a little arthritis there. The reason I’ve started early with this treatment is because of my previous dogs, this product wasn’t around when they became arthritic, so I eventually ended up at the vets and spent a lot of money over a few years on various treatments, so having seen the videos and reviews, I decided to use this prophylactically. I’m obviously not going to see if it works tbus way for quite a while, but knowing I’m trying my best to avoid pain and discomfort for them makes me happy 😊

My 14 yr old Jack Russell eats this mixed in with his food no problem.Since taking it he seems more active and it has reduced his smelly breath. I recommend dog owners to try this.

Bought this product, and my 3 dogs have been having it daily it's amazing. Their energy levels have sky rocketed, and their digestion has massively improved. Great advice and communication via email from this vet. Would highly recommend

My dog has been a little bit more active since using Canine Prime, he isn't 100% better but there is improvement. His walks are still.uo and down but I'm positive that he will get a little better with time.

Bought this and started using straight away for my 2 dogs, a senior Lab X collie and a youth Border terrier X Patterdale. I'm administering half the recommended dose and plan to gradually increase it but the results with the smaller dosage are amazing. Our senior has had amputation of a hind leg earlier this year due to cancer but the difference in him within 2 weeks of using this is like night and day. He is now running around when out on walks, he is more playful and even his sleep has improved, sleeping more deeply and less agitated. Our terrier is also reaping the benefits, she is calmer in the house but still full of life/fun.

Our German Shepherd pup had constantly loose poos and had trouble with house training, especially at night. We achieved a slight improvement using a sensitive kibble mixed with green tripe but her motions were still far from satisfactory. Within a few days of using Canine Prime sprinkled on her food her stools were solid and she went the night without the need to go out. Her coat is really glossy and she is full of energy so we shall certainly be sticking with Canine Prime

Delivered promptly. Surprisingly both cats like the taste so I don’t have to mix it into their food and they normally are very fussy and sniff out any medicine I try to put in their food. I can’t tell if they are doing better with it, but vets always recommend some of the same ingredients to help our dog’s mobility, so I am glad I can do the same for the cats. They are both 16 years old so need all the support I can give them and they look well. Have gone on to a subscription.

I like that I can talk to someone as I don't feel confident using the Internet. My dog Dexter is the most precious thing to me the only time we are not together is when I go to work.I got him from a rescue centre and we have been together for 10 years now so he is like me getting older ,he was starting to find it hard to get on the bed at night and steps where not so easy as the used to be ,but after a few days of being on canine prime he can jump on the bed steps are easy and he is enjoying his food more and scemes so much happier

My dogs are looking very good after two weeks of the product. I am continuing for a short while but not sure if the cost will deter. ,
