I have been feeding prime for a couple of years now with no issues But the last lot of tripe was half water I have pictures but can not upload on here. I put a complaint in to pet food outlet but they didn’t seem to care

I apsolutly love the prime, lola loves the taste and its given her so much energy its lovely to see her zooming around. Her fur is super soft and it feels like shes got her puppy fur back. She didnt want it on her food so i put it in boiled (let it cool) water and she loves it as a drink after shes eaten her food. The best thing i have brought and she loves. Id never go back!

My dog develops loose stools every time I try to build up canine prime into his meals. So it’s not a good product for him unfortunately.

I absolutely would recommend the canine prime to everyone who a dog . I was starting to get so worried about my dog star cause he wasn't acting like the same energetic dog that he used to be. He was so healthy always playing and then one day he spun round quickly cause 2 dogs ran up to him off the lead and he torn his crucia and it was like I had a dog that was really old . Walking slow and sluggish every walk constantly eating grass. I was told by the vet his treatment would cost thousands so I looked online for anything. My dog loses way less fur and he does not stumble as often because his joints are better. His coat is shiny now. He is 13 years old and a real happy chap.

This company offer a cancel at any time, 90 day money back guarantee. I've been trying to cancel this since 20/10/23 and this company are continuing to charge my account and send more products. When I asked to cancel, they just wanted me to continue stating a 90 day money back guarantee. I said no, I still wanted to cancel. The following week they charged me again and sent another pack. When I complained they said post it back and they would refund the full amount (£69.90) for both products and cancel the subscription. It cost me £7 to send it back, they refunded only half (£34.95). This month, despite a partial refund and agreeing to cancel have charged me again. Joke of a company! Edited to say: In the end, I escalated this to PayPal who ruled in my favour. The below reply was posted about an hour after PayPal sorted this and arranged the refunds.
