Daisy is a 15 year old Staffy, Jack Russell cross and she has been having canine prime for around 3 years. Although she has arthritis in her back legs she still manages to jump on the bed each night and is very mobile and young looking. People think she's a lot younger than she is. She loves her prime 🥰

Teddy’s diet has greatly improved with Canine Prime, added to his food, I know he is receiving the correct balance of nutrients. His digestion has improved and overall he appears more healthy.

I have been giving my 2 small dogs canine prime now for over 24 months ,and l have seen the difference,particularly of my older dog a Westie cross !she has suffered with arthritis and other leg troubles since she was 3 years old,had 2 major operations on her back leg,and l thought l would be loosing her soon when l first gave her canine prime as a last resort! I gave a tin each to 2 of my friends that were also having issues and they are now converts and order regularly like me,no other product l had tried before this ever worked so well

Mollie is 10yrs old, and had become very lethargic. I watched an add for canine prime, and decided to give it a try. I followed the instructions on the tub,and could not believe the difference it has made. Mollie has so much more energy, as if she is 5yrs old not 10yrs. She runs jumps fetches her toys to play tug, She has just had her 6 month health çheck, the vet could not believe the difference in her I explained what we were using She said she would read up on canine prime and tell other patients.

I have put this edit at the top as it is the latest issue and needs to be read before the remainder and the reply that has been put on the site. The refund has not been made yet. and it should have been for 3 pots at £39.99 each . 2 empty pots and one unused but they have indicated they are refunding only the two used pots and not the unused put that I paid for. NO REFUND FOR THE RECORDED DELIVERY AT £5.99 they require a tracked post to return the pots. It is interesting that the vedic promotion does not mention that using two scoops for a larger dog will need two pots a month or £80 a month. I feel a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority is required to get that fact sorted out. Just be warned it is not a bed of roses dealing with this company./ ...... please now read the about my experience.... Disappointed in their dealing with communications. I have a boy St Bernard dog that is 90 kgs and long haired 8 years old. I watched the promotional video and thought I will give it a try and purchased a pot a month and I took up the initial offer of an extra pot. I thought I would make sure i had enough to go in to use if the first pot was not enough. I was skeptical of the claim I must say but given it was a money back guarantee what was the risk? Well try getting an answer to emails. When I questioned that I should give 2 scoops of the powder I was told yes that is enough even for such a big dog. i followed the instructions and over a week I introduced in to Bear's food (that is his name) anyway I could see no way would a pot last a month no way is there enough and I was right I run out half way though the month and I contacted them by email as being a retired lawyer I prefer to have written words not a case of he says she says on the telephone. I got an acknowledgement telling someone would get back to me. still waiting. I have had 3 pots at £39.95 and not enough to get to 90 days even if I have another pot. I was expecting that the pot would have enough mix for 2 level scoops for a month. I then asked them to cancel my subscription and refund the money paid for the 3 pots. .... yes you can read my mind. I got an acknowledgement and someone would get back to me. Still waiting. I am now forced to tell my card company to stop future payments. I do expect to get a refund. If not I will take further action. I am hoping that this review of the way this slick company and the vet who I think needs to be referred to his professional body that he uses to put customers at ease when signing up. Anyway that is for another day. But I want to cancel my subscription and get the refund promised. As for the product I could not see any improvement in Bears various issues. He still has issues getting up (joints) and still eats grass and he seems to hate the bacon flavour of this product and I have noticed he tends to leave more of his food which I put the powder in. Sorry cannot say any good things about the product and I have less to recommend the company that seems to be ignoring the request to cancel the next payment due on the 10th June. I look forward to hearing their response to my complaint. As can be seen they ignored my request for the subscription to be cancelled and asking for a refund on the 3 pots as promised in their promotional video. I now will advise the advertising standards authority of the issue of cancellation of the subscription and also the question of the refund. More to follow I am sure. To cancel your subscription please call our dedicated team who will be happy to help on 0800 041 8902, our opening hours are Monday to Sunday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Alternatively, you can also opt to suspend the subscription so the special pricing can be secured through email. Should you choose this, please tell us how many months you'd like this subscription paused and if you'd like the frequency amended. Supporting Your Pet's Health and Happiness, XXXXXXXX @Your Pet Nutrition Monday 27th May 2024 I received an email today following a notice before legal action served on the company yesterday by email. They have cancelled the subscription and agreed to the refund once I send back the used pots (2) and one unopened pot. This has been packed up and will be sent by recorded delivery tomorrow when the post office opens. It is such a shame I have to use my legal skills to resolve the issue. When you clearly say you will only communicate by the written form that means I will not telephone you. It is a simple request. Shame I had to beat the big stick which I would have used if I had not received the undertakings I asked for i.e cancel my subscription and refund the £104 odd I paid for a product that did not work for my dog. That is it unless!

Our dog is really enjoying her meals with the added Canine Prime.She is definitely more alert and lively and her coat is silky soft,excellent.

Read about Canine Prime on Facebook and sent off for a tin to try with my 13 and 12 year old labradors who both suffer from arthritus, Henry my 13 year old was having monthly injections but they made no difference, so my vet gave him steroid injections instead, now he is on steroid tabs as could n’t get him into car so easier for me to administer. Penny 12 year old still having injection as still able to visit vets. Since starting Canine Prime the difference in my two dogs is astonishing Henry’s coat is shiny, he enjoys his morning walks and even plays ball in the garden. Penny who has also had two Cruciate Tendon operations also enjoys morning walks , but doesn’t walk as far as Henry and a much happier dog. Just ordered Three more tins. Thank you for giving me back my dogs.

Before using feline 40 I couldn't see much wrong with my stitch, apart from his fur it wasn't what I wanted it to be like, however after using feline 40 and only for a short period of time I began to notice a change in my boy in more ways then one, amazing product, definitely be buying it again!!

I ordered Canine Prime and there was a mix up re: my bank and taking payment and two payments went out. My Pet Nutrition staff were marvellous; Friendly; professional and accommodating and gave me a discount on the second order which matched the discount online for the first order (the product had already been sent out so I decided to keep it). The product itself is excellent and very beneficial to my dogs health. (I have two dogs). I’ll definitely continue to use the superb nutrient that Dr Lazarus has developed. Also great to know the supplement is make in the U.K. and such care and expertise to develop such a unique and beneficial nutrient for dogs.

My dog is so much happier with his food know. Canine prime is the best .

My dogs seem more alert happy wanting to engage more.

Unfortunately both my dogs poop became very loose after using this even though i used only a pinch a day to get them use to it.

My ten year old Snowshoe FIV cat Brian, really appears to have more energy these days since we began giving him Feline 40 on his food. This is actually his second jar as my partner Sue bought his first one. I also really like the email messages from Your Pet Nutrition and the helpful tips.

We bought this to assist our Jack Russell who was suffering from a cruciate ligament problem which required surgery. He takes to the addition very well and surprise, surprise our poodle who has odd feeding habits loves it on her dinner also.

When your own vet says how beautiful your cats coat is it's proof to you to know that cat Feline 40 really works. That is what happend to me. Her coat is beautiful. Cat Feline 40 also stopped My cat running a way from everyone, calmed her beautifully and stopped her eating grass. However, it is expensive and stopping it for a while means slowly introducing the supplement back into her food again. Also grass eating comes back. Feel I am doing my best to keep my cat well. Hate the way the product is sold, buy three for a reduced price. It is very expensive for one pot, the cat can only eat a scoop a day and lasts for a nice long time. Too much sell. Overall I believe in this product and their customer service is excellent. Tried and tested by me. Thank you Thank you
