I joined the Finance for EA training recently and was pleasantly surprised by the content, the material and the trainer. Josh was fantastic on the day, with an enthusiatic and flexible attitude, structured the course so it made sense. He did his research about our companies so the discussions and examples made sense to us. The material sent prior to the course was clear, easy to read and I would encourage anyone to read before joining the course. All our questions were answered. I highly recommend this course to PAs/EAs supporting managment and C-suite level Executives

I enrolled on the Essential PA course in September 2024 to develop my skills and knowledge. As an existing PA, I wanted to be able to add some extra depth to my role as well as to be able to add a PA qualification to my CV. Lindsay and Josh were professional and supportive all the way through the course. The content was engaging and it was a fantastic opportunity to meet some fellow PA's from other businesses along the way! I hope to be able to complete the Mini MBA for EA's following on from this. I would highly recommend this course to any existing PA's!

I recently completed The Essential PA Programme, supported by Lindsay & Josh. I would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to refresh or learn any new skills. The course was incredibly interactive, and although undertaken via teams, it felt like we were all in a room learning together! Lindsay and Josh were super helpful, friendly and always put me at ease with any doubts I had about my own ability, they really helped to build my confidence.

I took part in the Mini MBA for assistants as I wanted something meaty, to really get my teeth into. I didn't want anything fluffy! And this totally delivered. It was in depth, we had project work to do to showcase our understanding and Malcolm was a superb teacher - knowledgeable, supportive and challenging.

Over the last six months I have had the pleasure of being trained on The Essential PA course by Lindsay and Josh. Taking dedicated, undisturbed time to study under their guidance has been informative, challenging and fun. I feel more confident, organised and efficient in my role and that my development has been sustainable. I never thought Project Management was my bag, but now I love it!! Thank you both for making this a fabulous experience.

This Mini EA / PA MBA has been an enjoyable journey for me. It has really helped me cover a lot in my role, which I was really nervous and shy about when I started. With more confidence in my role, I am able to work closely with the Acting Director and other managers in my team. Through the modules, I have learned new skills and tips and have become more organised in my work. I also enjoy being responsible for a variety of tasks within the role. In the future, I will continue to build my PA role. Thank you, Malcolm, once again for being a fantastic trainer and a lovely supporter. 😊

I attended the Communicate with Impact session at the Autumn 2024 PA Show and thought Lindsay Taylor was an engaging speaker who fully understood the topic she was speaking about. I came out of the session wanting to learn more.

I took part in the 'Essential PA Programme' with Lindsay and completed a module with Josh. One of the reasons I wanted to do this was to work on my assertiveness and workloads in the office. The onboarding process was all very straightforward and the sessions were useful and engaging. I was in a small group of 5, which was perfect to be able to have conversations back and forth with one another, alongside Lindsay/Josh. Personally, I found the best modules to be the 'mangaing workload' and the discussion of communicating with others (with different learning styles). I would 1000% recommend for anyone thinking about it. Lindsay and Josh were very approachable and supportive throughout. Things were taught in layman's terms and were lots of fun (can't go wrong with some fun learning)! :D Thank you both for all your help!!

I completed the Making Sense of Business Finance for EAs & PAs. Such a great training session with Josh. He made it so easy to understand each of the sections and the use of our own company filings to use as examples was a really nice touch. I have previously attended the Lunch & Learn live webinars which were also very well presented and well thought out. Such a great training company. I am so pleased to have found somewhere I can hone, update and develop my PA skills with. Thank you!!

I have had the pleasure of doing 2 courses with Your Excellency, and they really are truly exceptional! The Mini MBA programme with Malcolm has been a key contributor to my progression as an EA, providing me with the confidence and expertise to develop myself and my role further in the right areas within the business. The Finance masterclass with Josh was invaluable to my growth in financial literacy and understanding. The confidence I gained from class was phenomenal. Both Malcolm and Josh were professional, friendly and empowering.. their knowledge is second to none. My biggest takeaway from working with Your Excellency is that they truly understand the role, the expectations and the necessary skills required for the EA/PA role, and how this can be transformative for development. This is really difficult to come by within any industry, and these guys have it nailed!

I'm incredibly grateful to have been part of one of the pioneering Mini MBA cohorts with Your Excellency – it's undoubtedly been the most rewarding decision I've made. The intimate class sizes were a true blessing, allowing the exceptional trainers, Malcolm and Lindsay, to offer personalized guidance that was simply invaluable. I can't express enough how much I cherished the knowledge exchange among participants; it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with and learn from fellow professionals in our field from across the globe. The stories shared and experiences discussed were truly priceless. This outstanding Mini MBA program has been instrumental in broadening my horizons, equipping me with the confidence and expertise to explore new avenues within my organization. The Essential PA Programme is an excellent choice for newcomers or those seeking to enhance their PA/EA abilities. The Principles of Persuasion & Influencing module was particularly enlightening, offering a deep dive into various techniques tailored to individual personalities for optimal results. Also the Project Management module was a highlight, granting comprehensive insights into the critical elements to monitor throughout a project's life-cycle.

It was extremely daunting for me to attend a course like this as I was the only Non PA in the group, but everyone welcomed me and made me feel at ease straight away. Friendly, understanding and very inquisitive about my current role. Lindsey and her family were very professional but also became friends, the style of teaching was more a conversation than learning. It's said, you learn more when having fun. Since passing the course, and placing this on my CV, I have been headhunted and now I am a fully fledged Executive Assistant. Thank you so much.

I would recommend the Essential PA Programme to those who are just starting out or those who would like to refine their skills as a PA/EA. It was really interesting learning how to self-reflect and create meaningful goals within the self-development module. Additionally, I feel as though the introduction to project management was really useful in recognising how the life-cycle of a project works, as well as getting to use some of the tools project managers tend to use. I would also highly recommend joining the Lunch and Learn sessions that are offered for some extra learning points which help consolidate some of the learning that happens in the courses offered. I would be really interested to see if there is a session dedicated to any tips and tricks that could be offered in terms of efficient minute-taking, as I think that would be really useful.

I had the pleasure of taking part in Lindsay's SMARTER Goal Setting Workshop as part of the West Midlands PA Forum Learning & Development Conference. Lindsay was both informative and engaging. She created a dynamic and safe space for people to contribute and discuss their ideas and my colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed the session. I have passed on the information learnt during the workshop to my team so they can also use this as part of their objective setting.

I recently attended the PA Forum L&D Conference and attended Lindsay's session on Smarter Goal Setting and found it to be inspirational! I struggle with goal setting, but the tools shared by Lindsay made it a simple process to set SMART goals. I also join Lindsay's Lunch & Learn sessions and find I leave with hints & tips that I can implement straight away. I find Lindsay's style to be very empowering and supportive, I always feel motivated!

I am so glad I chose Your excellency for this course as it gave me exactly what I needed. Josh delivered the Finance Skills Masterclass so well and very engagingly, I feel like I have learnt a lot and am now going to be more confident to support my executives with financial decisions. I would highly recommend this course and Your Excellency as a company. They were brilliant in the run up to the course, asking what I needed out of the day and delivered exactly that. Impressive.

I have completed the Mini MBA On Demand as a non-native speaker - I am French - this programme really exceeds my expectations in terms of content and teaching technique. You have managed to make it accessible even when the subject matter or vocabulary seems complicated or tricky! Thank you for providing such a fantastic programme for EAs/PAs and helping us to level up.
