I was inspired to order many different yerba maté products, due to wanting to at least greatly reduce my coffee intake. In that I surely succeeded. However, I was positively surprised to have found such superb service with Yerba Fun. When two products from my order where mistakenly swapped for samples, whereas I ordered the main packages (400 grams), Yerba Fun apologised and quickly sent them over without charge. Moreover, the personal approach and gestures did me in. I like the informal attitude with opportunity to "getting to know" eachother a bit more personally. Still professionally, I hasten to add. At least it's absolutely clear there's another human at the other side, who's not just interested in filling their own coffers... They're interested in providing excellent service and great, health-boosting products. No doubt I'll order again! EDIT January 6th 2023: HAPPY NEW YEAR! I'm not drinking coffee anymore whatsoever and by Jove I feel greater than great!
