Very good services, to recommendation to another one.

I was a little bit disappointed, because the company were very strict with the Friday return term. I wanted to return boat on Saturday early morning and they were agains that. Finally after my discussion with company owner he allowed me to return the boat on Saturday very early morning (7 a.m.). I never experience that before. But to be honest I have to admit that I noticed this condition on Friday during my stay. They normally allow to change return term upon request, but before the stay, which I never experienced before. Otherwise the boat was in good stay and the company is very professional.

Perfect service without any delay in marina. Everything went very quickly and clearly. Boat was excellent, very good equiped.

We were a bit disappointed. Yachting.com was selling something different than what we received. We ordered nice 4yrs old white/blue yacht that was pictured on the web site and received dirty red that we disliked. We made a complaint, but no response from the charter. I was really upset. We filled-in crew list online, but after arrival to Marina Kremik, More charter did not have the documents, so we needed to do the paperwork once again. The maintenance of boats was a bit in chaos. No checklist was handed over by the service staff. "You don't need to check it, everything is in order." So we checked and charts were missing. On the other hand, no problems when returning the boat. We swallowed bitter pill and enjoyed the trip anyway. I regret that Yachting.com did not want to communicate our issues with us, that's why I made comment here... @yachting.com Update: I was sending you complaint on 5th August, 2018 using your web site contact form. Regarding improper pictures - it should be your interest to display pictures of what you sell actually. It it your promotion, there is no information that the advertisement is Charter's own promotion and you do not take any responsibility for what you promote...

Přesto, že šlo o starou a dosti opotřebenou loď Bavaria 49 (2003), dokonce jsem na netu našel, že je na prodej, tak všechny důležité věci fungovali bez problémů, drobnosti nemá ani cenu vypisovat, nijak nás to neomezovalo a srovnali jsme se s tím. Výhodou této staré lodě bylo, že kontrola při vracení spočívala jen v převzetí důležitého inventáře a za 5 min bylo hotovo. Vše odpovídalo i ceně first minut 1750 Euro. Loď fungovala spolehlivě, společnost Master Yachting profesionální, o co jsme požádali to ihned doplnili, marína v Sukošanu super a společnost yachting.com. vše skvěle připravila. Pro pár lidí jsme využili i Yacht bus, vše ok, jen si lidi trochu stěžovali, že by uvítali nějakou malou zastávku navíc a více iformací k cestě (jeli z Brna a informace byly asi podávány v Praze). Užili jsme si perfektní dovolenou.

Vše bylo OK jen na závěr po nás chtěli zaplatit 50E za zlomené zkorodované šrouby, ale po krátké diskuzi uznali, že toto opravdu nemohla být naše chyba. Ale jinak velká spokojenost. J. Olejníček

Společnost Yachting.com hodnotím bez výhrad pozitivně. Vše dokonale připraveno. Díky tomu bylo vyřízení papírů v marýně otázkou pár vteřin. Perfektní servis. Malinko horší to bylo s lodí. I přes fungl novost Oceanis 38.1 Nirvana nefungoval hloubkoměr což dost komplikovalo kotvení. Internet, který měl být "no limit" přestal fungovat v úterý. To jsou ale drobnosti, které nám v žádném případě nezkazily zážitky z plavby. Takže týmu Yachting.com díky, příště plujeme zase s vámi
