Last evening our waitress at Urban Fresh Ely rang this company to obtain a cab for us. This was around 8pm. They agreed until they learnt I am a wheelchair user. They said they would only supply a service during the daytime whereas I should book the necessary cab for an evening service in advance. I believe this was a breach of the Equality Act. I will report this matter
Carl arrived early in a lovely and clean Tesla 3. It was a no rush service, Very comfortable drive, lovely early morning chat with him on the way to the airport. Would highly recommend him and look forward to future trips to the airport with him
A to B taxis was Absolutely fantastic very professional experience they text you the day before and also they tell you the name of the driver who is picking me up
Don’t use A2B have the contract for taking people from Cornwall to Derriford Hospital I’m having radio therapy on 3 occasions they have left me waiting in the hospital for 2 hrs after my booked pickup time once standing in the rain and you call there control and get told that you just have to wait There terrible will lie to you over and over again
Taxi was easily booked and confirmed. No waiting at the Airport, and the driver was very good with a friendly attitude. I would definitely use the service again.

I used this taxi service since the 90s, we had a lovely driver near my house on Sillens Avenue who would get up early to take us to work. Over the last few years there have been a few concerns over drivers harassing the female members of my family and I've been very calm about it, thinking that after each complaint (3 from my own family) they would have started vetting their drivers. This hasn't happened, only today, a driver has sexualy harassed my daughter for the 2nd time. This isn't good enough. I know of others who have had this problem too. The police have been contacted each time and nothing ever happens, maybe the drivers are sacked, I don't know but surely this should be looked at it more depth. Disgusting behaviour from someone in a responsible position.
Always late. Rude & unapologetic when they are late. They book you in at a time they probably know they won’t be able to arrive at.
Great service never had a problem yet.
NEVER BOOK AN A2 B on Friday between 12.30 and 2 as ours was 35 mins late and our friends didn’t even show - they had been booked severally days ago. The reason we were given was most of the drivers were at prayers. They shouldn’t accept bookings when they are aware of the problem. Return journey from Birmingham centre-they said between 5-10 minutes so I booked 35 mins later they arrived . Again they shouldn’t have booked
Receptionist at hotel in Shirley, Solihull, called A2B Taxis in Solihull at around 4.00 pm on Tues 7th November, to take me to Cranmore Gardens where a colleague was waiting for me. After 20 minutes she rang to be told he was on his way; would be there in five minutes. She did then two more times - same response. After 40 minutes I called another firm. The A2B Taxi never turned up. Receptionist called and asked for explanation. None given. But 2 of the other firm's drivers (I used them for the 3 days I was there) told me that they used to work for A2B and left because of the way it was run.
I’d give 0 stars if at all possible as the experience was awful. Used them as a wheelchair taxi supplier through CMAC and it was shocking. Once you get past the general smell of vomit and urine, you discover rust inside, rubbish strewn everywhere, no protective screen, no face masks in use and the driver drives with one hand whilst holding his phone in the other. One to avoid I’m afraid!
