I sent xFix my iphone which had water damage in August. After several phone calls to try and see how progress was I then got an email / invoice charging me £30 for unsuccessful repair due to heavy impact (I never dropped it - it had water damage) plus £7.99 for return postage. There has never been a response to my query regarding why were they charging when they say they don't if they can not repair the phone and I have never had the phone returned.
