Cuts your DOMS drastically. Really good product that I have been using for 2 years. I used to get really bad DOMS after crosssfit workouts but 3 of these a day is enough to reduce it to a mild muscle burn. If you're double training or competing up it to 6 a day. Delivered quickly with some really nice freebies.

Another reorder of fuel 5 delivered quickly and with a couple of bonus gels. Products always really well packaged and Jim answered a query I had almost immediately. Personally found fuel 5 complements my training well and helps me keep on top of my carb intake during hard or long sessions. Tastes nice aswell which is a winner.

Using the Xendurance for the last month now and I've seen a marked reduction in muscle soreness given the amount of cycling I've been doing. PB's at the weekend also so performance gains too. 💪💪
