I wasn't comfortable with paying full amount on placing order very unusual for that to be expected. The norm would be a deposit and payment made before despatch.
Have purchased XEMGraver Pens in the Past, this is my third order ( 2 different Business's ) . Recipients of my pen that I have spoken to are all very pleased with the styling (they hang on to it) and the quality of ink and ease of use. I work within a hospital setting and have created some friendly pen envy with these. pens. I have not had any negative feedback . Regards Ed ps, The price of these pens is better value than what I was using for our business office use so double bonus.
I had issues with previous pens I purchased, they were very disappointing, ugly colour & engraving (they look grubby), Bad ink, I had to buy different cartridges that were not much better, I sent a sample pen in to see if they could be replicated and apparently it was never received, I have emailed my new design concept pen to match previous pens made by a different company on numerous occasion without any reply. You only appear to be interested in your standard business format.
