Tom came this morning to do the Gold service on the hot tub which was a mammoth task even without the rain. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful all round service would thoroughly recommend
We just wanted to say a big thanks to Sam and his team . Aside from quoting us a fantastic price for our new hot tub the service we received was was second to none . The hot tub was part of a bigger project involving a deck and and a bar area. The advice and support we received from the guys at wyre forest spas was invaluable. 5 Stars, Highly recommend 👍

Having looked around big time 5 visits to various companies and came to the conclusion its is full of cowboys after a quick buck and lets face it a spa is a significant investment. So finally decided on Forrest Spas liked the fact it was a family run business Sam the boss, show room being run by Kelly his sister. The price was very competitive so went for it! They did a sight survey and said yep no problem. To get the tub to mine (I live in a remote place) involved 300yds up a steep 1 in 3 hill with no road access. Turned up at precisely the agreed time and with a lot of hard work on their behalf duly installed the tub. Delighted with my Tub works faultlessly also comes with a chemical pack and stairs to get in all included in the price. Sure I made the right choice they also offer a comprehensive service/maintainance contract for £29 a month good deal. Would seriously recommend This company it is good and honest don't go anywhere else very much doubt if you will find better cannot fault in anyway. 5 stars from me!

Sam and team were very professional. They have a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything was sitting correctly, neat and tidy before, during and after install. Easy to talk too explaining every aspect of maintenance clearly, after sales are just as good, with help on the phone and supply of cleaning chemicals and accessories. If you're looking for a hot tub, forget the rest use the best.

Used Forest Spa recently to purchase our hard shell hot tub. Went to other supplies as well but returned to Forest Spa as the sales team were honest and not pushy at all. The installation of our Mercury hot tub with the use of a crane that they sorted went really smoothly. A great team would highly recommend them.
There are so many hot tub companies out there at the moment and a lot seem to promise the world to you. We didn’t know if we should go with an online company as they seemed slightly cheaper but we’re so happy we decided to go with Forest Spas. After a few visits to other places and several phone calls to online companies we seemed to be getting up sold at every turn. We wanted a hard shell hot tub but a plug and play as we felt we didn’t need the higher amp ones, everyone told us they were useless and to buy their much more expensive versions. Forest Spas were amazing, from the moment we walked into their door they listened and asked questions before making their recommendations. Without us even saying it they recommended a plug and play x500 model. It was reasonably priced and although we’ve only had it a couple of weeks we love it, the jets are plenty powerful enough (if you put all the air on one side it lifts you from your seat) and it looks very smart. Overall a great experience in dealing with Forest Spas.
