I've still not received the product, nor any notification why it is taking so long (10 days so far). Beginning to think it's a scam; guess it serves me right for following an ad on FaceBook.

Good product so far

Nice packaging, a bit slippery on paper so takes a few uses to get the hang of it. But soft on bum no sting

Really easy to use, soothing on the b’hole! Has been easy to add in to my sons bathroom routine and he’s become a lot more independent!

Lovely customer service and swift delivery. I had some concerns about the hygiene aspects of using it and how to facilitate several members of my household using different bottles to avoid cross contact. Their customer service person on Facebook was very helpful, pointed me towards their started kit and gave me a discount code also making it more affordable. Me and my whole family have been enjoying using the product, it definitely gets you feeling extra clean. I also like that the refills are made of metal making them recyclable, so the only plastic you have is the pump part of the product. Overall this is a great product for all of the family and fantastic value for money.

A great new product, eco-friendly and safer for the environment than wet wipes. Service is super fast and the product does exactly what is advertised, my new fave for the bathroom. An important new discovery I would think.

We ordered back in November 2024, I mainly bought it for the children, as they were using to much toilet paper, The children slowly got used to the type gel and love how they have a clean bottom. So I have just placed my second order thank you

This product fills a gap in the market. It is effective, convenient and pleasant to use, without the hassle of wet wipe disposal. I like the fact that Wype comes in easy recyclable aluminium containers and the plastic top is reusable. Refills are available (also in aluminium containers) Delivery was very quick too.

I would not be without Wype now! It makes you feel lovely and clean- I take it everywhere- I recommend it to all my friends and family. I love that it is eco friendly and you can recycle the containers.

I really liked the idea of Wype and I bit the bullet and ordered a starter pack. I love the concept, it really does work. I personally like the feel of the gel, it just glides on and off leaving me feeling refreshed. Ive been telling everyone about it.
