I had high hopes of this product after reading some reviews. Unfortunately I would not recommend after buying the starter kit. The pump is difficult to use & unpredictable. Most of the time nothing came out a waste of money for me.

The product works really well! You don’t need to use a massive wad of tissues either. The balm glides on the skin cleaning well and leaving your bum moisturised. The packaging is easy to use. I put it on the tp ready to use at the end before I start wiping. A really innovative product that saves wipes being flushed accidentally or not down the loo.

The product arrived quickly. I was really looking forward to using it after everything I read on the website. Unfortunately, after use, I experienced irritation even only after using one small application. I am hoping the irritation will subside after further use. I think the idea is great and it is easy to use.
