A truly fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had a very thorough consultation with Gul, who was amazing and very responsive, and made note of customisations that I wanted to make to the frame. The frame was delivered on time, and I was kept in the loop with regular updates throughout. The delivery/assembly technicians were wonderful and so respectful of my no shoes indoors policy, assembled the frame with due care and were a pleasure to speak to. The frame itself - beautifully sanded, stained and lacquered, very sturdy and I rest well knowing they would honour a 16 year guarantee on all parts of the frame. I can still smell the woody aroma from the frame weeks on and I could not be happier with it! The Warren evans team have been in touch with me since the delivery and have truly gone above and beyond in delivering a 10/10 star experience.

The mattress is definitely more comfortable than the 0ne I had been using. It's firmer and I like that. I was impressed that Warren Evans made a new mattress to my specifications.

We visited the showroom near Bounds Green and were able to see and try out each of the mattresses available. Excellent customer service from David who looked after us really well, first by taking the trouble to find out what we are after and then taking us through the options available carefully and taking note of any questions we had. He also had several useful tips on what to consider as we tried out the mattresses and gave us plenty of time/space to make our own minds up. This was complimented by the crew who delivered our new mattress. They were prompt, professional and respectful of our home throughout. They were also very efficient and quick. Great experience all round. Would definitely recommend

We were welcomed at the showroom by a very helpful member of staff who clarified what we were looking for and then encouraged us to fully try out the mattresses and provided details on the options.
