Spoke to WTTL about medical and asked to talk me through it. Was promised refund -£80 if medical was failed, paid £500 for medical. Failed medical rang WTTL after to ask for refund was quoted £340 refund as also had to take charge off for credit card transaction that I wasn’t made aware of when booking the medical, found it very difficult and I was made feel a little awkward by asking what I was promised prior to the booking. Rang up again asking for refund, this time was promised was refunded and sent email, but nothing arrived and the amount refunded or what card the amount was refunded to wasn’t explained just quickly put phone down . The amount of refund I was promised changed with everyone I spoke to when I rang WTTL, a lady said I wasn’t entitled to any refund back at all, another guy said only £80 would be deducted and someone else quoted £80 plus another for credit card payment. Rang WTTL number again after I had thought about the different reply’s I had received and got through to a man who said he was sat at home and nothing he could do about it mate. Really quite unpleasant unprofessional responses and with different amounts being offered it’s obviously being made up which made me wonder what amount would be offered next, won’t be using them again after this experience.

The instructors are amazing. They Made the learning experience so relaxed they are easy to talk to. The staff are Very honest with you and 100% recommend this company and no company will beat them for price. Value for your money. Jeff is absolutely awesome! He genuinely cares about our future as HGV drivers and worked so hard to get me to the point I passed with just 1 fault after not driving in over 4 years, shocker! Clearly all the trainers are dedicated with a friendly, calm atmosphere ready to train! Cannot fault WTTL at all! Thank you so much !!
