Hermes ‘delivered’ my parcel in a public place and left it for any one to take. This company sent me a denial of receipt form to me three weeks later, they now won’t submit the form without a crime reference, which the police have told me they won’t give me one. Their customer service is appalling, I am entitled to a refund. I have reported to trading standards and have emailed their local MP. No Anna I did not ‘refuse’ to report it to the police, I tried twice before I eventually got one. It wasn’t stolen from my property was it, it was left in a public place
