really bad customer service. once they sold you, they never get on another call with you. Their customer service takes hours to respond even during normal working hours, so it can take up to 3-4 days to resolve one question. you get flooded with bounces in their warmup. their interface is easy and their documentation is good
They are cheating on customers and keep charging your card even when you remove it. Stay away.
Woodpecker.co has some useful features for cold email outreach, but my experience was hit-or-miss. I faced deliverability issues that impacted my campaigns, and the limited integrations didn’t help with workflow efficiency. Support was responsive, but for the price, I was hoping for more reliability and flexibility. I recently switched to ReachInbox, and I’m seeing better deliverability rates and easier campaign management.
They keep charging after subscription is cancelled. Even after reaching out to customer support, they refuse, it seems to be their scheme. Stay away! Many people having the same issue obviously.
Do not recommend it at all. Frist - you cant just stop subsription if you dont use it without losing history. You can delete account or pause it and pay fee anyway. Second, even worst: I deleted account in February and somehow deleting was cancelled. Woodpecker said it was me who did it, but I didnt log in sisnce deleting. Had to pay extra mount for not using it. March - the same situation. I deleted account and again somehow it was restored to paused so i have to pay once more. Its ridiculous.
I've been with them for nearly 2 years and then they charged me over $300 for a service I was paying $59 for each month, they refused to refund so now in the hands of Paypal to retrieve my money, they are unscrupulous thieves so avoid at all costs.
Horrible platform that the minute you attach your card - they make it almost impossible for you to leave with extremely difficult downgrading plans, needing to delete and reset certain filters to stop the subscription. I asked them to stop subscription, cancel my plan, I removed my card and yet they still billed me and my card got charged 2 MONTHS after I verbally said stop. I have screenshots of my account and email exchanges for proof.
Overall a great platform that I have used on and off for over 5 years. They recently updated their billing structure and they now have a hard limit on the number of prospects it can store & contact. While I still recommend WoodPecker, this recent change has meant that other platforms such as Snov are now likely a better solution when you consider price point & features.
Very Very Poor Service. On making a mistake every company on this planet issues a refund or does help in any form. I wanted to downgrade my package but having a very confusing system, it added more credit and deducted a big amount. On seeking help I was told there is nothing they can do about it. I no longer have trust in woodpecker, especially other services provide the same or more jobs for 1/4 of the price.
Currently using woodpecker on their bottom plan and its working brilliantly for what I need. Easy-to-use interface to get campaigns going and monitor them. Everything is pretty quick; creating new campaigns, uploading prospects, editing. Customer service normally takes a day or so to come back but they've always been super helpful. I can see costs starting to add up if I wanted to expand use of the product (more email accounts linked, more emails sent).
Woodpecker.co is one of the best tools I had ever the opportunity to use for outreach. Highly recommended.
The software is relatively good but they charge a lot, they charge for every add-on you can think of and I don't mind paying it if it removes obstacles from my day to work but I have found there to be some hiccups which were not fixed with enough urgency and Jake in customer service seemed to not care. We as consumers have very little options but the least we can do is call it out when it happens to us. Not happy!
Refused to refund me for $10 and very unprofessional customer service. So many better options out there that are better value. I'd recommend Instantly.ai

Their customer support might as well not exist. They never answer your questions. I am going to launch my first campaign and I want to make sure of a few things first but can't get a response. I'm forced to try another service.
never trust them, if you get started with them you can never leave them, they don't even let you access your prospects and charge more than you agree to pay.
They keep charging you after you cancel the service. We can not log in to the system to cancel and they don't help. I suggest you stay away from their service. Complete disaster, very dishonest company.
Support in this company does not solve problems and does not answer questions. My problem is not solved, although there is a kind that the support wants to help. They respond in two days. (Karl, 2days!!!) I am in a rage when I think I need to go to this site.
Amazing intuitive software that allows you to build intricate, detailed email campaigns helping you convert much easier. I've tried 6-7 pieces of cold emailing software and nothing comes close to the power of Woodpecker. Would recommend it to all agencies looking to get more clients.
