Nice and easy web site. But the discount code did not work. I contacted customer service who explained. All good and I understood. I purchased a locket. I asked if it came with a chain. He said no. I said that I really need a chain and could he help? I said I was looking for a 22” Gold chain to go with the locket. Silly me, I honestly thought I was going to be offered a couple of options. Especially as the value of the chain would have been around £100 to £250. He just said he would get someone to ring me. Guess What ? NO-ONE EVER DID. Never mind, you lost a sale, the locket I got for a present is beautiful. Come on… Upsell kids
