Everything about the order and delivery was perfect. I wish that I would have known that the Full/Double size duvet cover was quite a few inches shorter than a normal duvet cover. I assumed these were standardized, but I guess they are not. It is good quality, but I wish I would have known this was not a standard size. Thank you for the very nice item, otherwise.

The customer service was exceptional and extremely helpful, however the product itself was a little misleading in the picture then in person because it was super thin and didn't seem thick enough to be a duvet cover as opposed to a spread sheet.

I am a the type of shopper that does the research and after comparing Whisper products against some of the more expensive brands I found these products were the same or better and you can’t beat the price. The duvet covers are soft, lovely, lightweight and with nice touches - ties st the inner top to connect to the comforter and buttons that end up inside. When I needed help customer service was immediate and fixed my mistake at their expense. Highly recommend!

The quality of the XL twin flannel sheets are outstanding. They are soft and well made. I feel they will stand up to much use. The king-size mattress cover also seems of outstanding quality. The fact the products are organic has me loving them even more! Your customer service is excellent as well! Ben was so helpful in correcting a mix-up with one of the flannel sheets in a set. He also promptly responded to emailed questions regarding several products. He is an exemplary representative of and an asset to your company.

I'm very impressed by this mattress protector's overall quality and (hard to find) all-cotton materials. The top and sides are a sateen finish which I wasn't expecting. This, coupled by the fact that the sizing is too wide for our 11" high latex king mattress, means the protector and sheets tend to slide and bunch overnight (my husband's a restless sleeper). I'm using sheet suspenders to try and combat this issue. It otherwise provides the cool and comfortable sleeping surface I wanted. I opted not to wash the cover before use so can't comment on shrinkage, but hopefully it holds up well to the laundry process. Initially, I received the wrong size which was disappointing. But, kudos to Whisper Organics for not requesting a return so I can donate the queen protector. If the sizing were a better fit for a standard king mattress, my rating would be 5*.

I loved opening the package- because it was beautifully and carefully wrapped and the mattress covers were in additional cotton drawstring sack (not plastic)! the look of the products matched the quality, the size was as promised covering the deep thick XL mattresses. Excellent overall.
