I got in touch with WHC following a flood at work, having been recommended their services by the two builders merchants in town. The team were able to provide everything I needed to remove the water and then dry out the affected area and the process to hire the equipment was straightforward. Shaun and Liam were extremely knowledgeable and aided me to select the right equipment for the job, whilst the whole WHC Chipping Norton team were polite and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I recently hired a mini digger having never driven one before. The delivery driver Neil took time to explain the controls clearly step by step and ran through how best to use the machine. Neil also mentioned the website video to refer to if I needed a recap on anything which was helpful when I forgot something he had mentioned. I was very impressed with WHC

Well. What can i say! Even down to the delivery driver who dropped and collected the equipment was polite well mannered and absolutely brilliant… so well done to WHC. Credit where credit is due.

Hired a tractor/flail mower from WHC for use over a weekend. Very impressed with the condition of the kit & how well it coped with some very overgrown areas of field! As a first time customer the team guided me through setting up a cash account & what insurance and other things were required. Delivery & pick up of the machine was also top notch & the driver kept me in the know with times etc. Cheers guys!

Put in an online enquiry late at night, had a reply first thing in the morning! Excellent service and cheaper than some others I had been looking at.

Hired a breaker from the Worcester Bath Road branch. The guy on the phone, the day before, and then his colleague in the branch were both excellent. They both talked me through the options, demonstrated changing the chisel heads etc and gave some good advice on using it. I thought the weekend pricing was very reasonable too.

Only used the company the once (so far!) but, will definitely be back when the time comes. Absolutely hassle free transaction and efficient service from knowledgeable staff. Thoroughly recommended.
