Good tool for your data and whenever you encounter an issue, you can always ask support. They are always ready to answer your question. Very fast en super good.
I got tempted by their targeted advertising. Ran a one-week test on the US market. The result? The campaign performed 2x worse. Literally half the ATC compared to Shopify’s native pixel. Same for the pageview-to-view-content ratio—twice as underperforming. A scheduled video call to check for potential misconfigurations wasn’t honored. Also so got some new warming on my pixel event. That I didn’t have with classical Shopify pixel. Bottom line : Lost $500 on an underperforming ad campaign. My experience fell far short of their marketing promises.
