A couple of our glazed units had become cloudy. I was a little disappointed as they had only been fitted 3 years ago. However I contacted Dawn in Customer Services who arranged for them to be replaced without any quibble. The replacement units came very quickly and a date was set for fitting. On the day Richard, the Service Engineer, called to say he was on his way, the units were removed and replaced quickly. Although we’ve had a couple of niggly issues with our installation the service we’ve received from Dawn and Richard has always been excellent. Great customer service and support.

Excellent customer service. I needed a replacement window handle after having the windows in place approximately 6 years. A new one was sourced and fitted willingly. Customer service was friendly and professional from the first call I made through to post completion checks. The engineer called to say he was on his way and arrived on time, the window was fixed in less than 10 mins and is working perfectly again. Thanks for another great experience. Good customer service can be hard to find these days!

The conservatory roof was dripping and the corner two pieces slipping out from the frame. The guarantee runs out in Sept, didn't realise we'd had it that long. The appt to check it took a couple of weeks but the Engineer had no problem on arrival fixing both within half an hour. They rang half an hour before to let me know he was on his way. Great going all round. Thanks
Avoid at all costs, from day 1 it was a disaster. Delays, shoddy surveys, additional monies needed to rectify situations that could have reasonably been identified at survey. Workmen that don't turn up, work missed, poor workmanship and a complete lack of project management. Many weeks of stress and tears with the company failing to meet the service I was paying for. No compensation in recognition of all of the issues provided despite numerous complaints. Buyer beware! Update: West Yorkshire Windows have blocked me from their Facebook page to prevent me from commenting on their adds with honest and politely worded reviews. Their offer for me to reach out is farcical as I have repeatedly contacted with all my attempts to agree a fair price or any sort of recompense for their errors shut down with repeated demands for full payment. Lots of words to save their face in a public domain. Further update: we now have a leak in our new Weat Yorkshire Windows extension and struggling to get any useful information or reassurance on how and when this will be fixed...what a catalogue or errors and abysmal customer service!

The glass on our patio door had started to develop horrible marks on the inside panel with no reason, 7 years on new unit ordered and came first thing to replace. Excellent customer service, Iwould highly recommend using West Yorkshire windows l, perfect so thank you

First class from start to finish. I had a small problem with one of the window pains misting. Phoned customer service up had a great response from Dawn who was very helpful. All sorted out with no fuss at all. Window fitter very courteous job done in 5 mins. Thank you WYW for a great job.
Efficient, no nonsense and all fitted well, slight hiccup with 2 panes of glass missing but soon sorted out.
A little hiccup with installation but sorted very quickly doors are great and a great colour lots of compliments about it definitely transformed the house .. great communication from them a really good experience.. had some adjustments a few weeks after first class came out early because of my work commitments

Everyone I spoke to was really friendly. There is a great range of options that are reasonably priced. I was kept updated throughout and access to an online portal so I could check progress if I needed to.
Jason and Rob did an excellent job replacing wood framed windows with uPVC in an old property. I was so impressed with their work standard that I have recommended them to my parents. My neighbour, a project manager on large building renovations watched them work and later commented that they are a great company.
The customer services manager was great. She did her best to sort out our problem and had a good sense of humour when I told her about one of our dogs chewing a part from our conservatory window sill. It was great talking to a real human being and being treated with kindness and understanding.
