West Yorkshire Windows has a good aftersales record. We are six years into our 10 year guarantee and had a need for them to attend to a leak in our ‘solid’ roof conservatory. Mark Bentley a service engineer came out to us and was most helpful. He quickly identified the source of the problem. It wasn’t something he could fix there and then. Mark came back a week later and completed the repair. Clearly Mark is a very experienced service engineer with a wealth of experience with the company’s products. He is very helpful and polite
Helpful and accommodating from the outset. Having enquired to a few glazing companies, this company was patient and helpful from the first contact. We wanted to avoid unnecessary visits to our home due to Covid. Efficient service throughout. We received what we wanted as described. Fitters Daz and Andy did a great job and tidied away well.

I had a door made 5 years ago and one of the windows went faulty, I thought he go another problem to overcome but No Just one call to the company and hey presto nothing to much trouble, the lady at the other end of the phone was more than helpful reassuring we it would be fixed and was don today by Mark and Alan very polite, courteous and friendly also with a wicked sense of humour I can see why they work together what a pair CHEERS GUYS
From start to finish excellent service. Colin Robbie and Andy were efficient friendly and you could see take pride in their work.These days it is difficult to find these qualities. I would thoroughly recommend West Yorkshire Windows.
We had a orangery fitted by West Yorkshire windows the workmanship was spot on the customers service has been excellent even the after sales care has been excellent cannot fault a single thing they have done there aren't many companies I will recommend to friends but this is one I would. I had my conservatory finished around Christmas time. Sorry it has taken so long to write this review. I did intend to leave it a while to make sure their was no other issues. I have to say from start to finish a thoroughly professional job. The conservatory looks fantastic. It is warm and has added real value to my home. I have users WYW in the past and have always delivered a excellent products and work on time. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent customer service initially from Mark in the showroom, then through customer service & finally with the installation. John & Steve turned up when expected, explained what they were going to do, worked solidly through the day (through horrendous weather), and finished the job on time. Tidied up & cleaned the area before leaving & explained correct maintenance of doors & windows. Great ambassadors for WYW & wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Great job, well done. Thank you.
These guys fitted a conservatory for us after many years of hesitating based on hearing horror stories about different companies. We were impressed with the finish and quality of it...so much so that we bought a load of house windows, plus new porch and doors. The fitters were all great - very polite, friendly and helpful. When fitting the conservatory and doing the windows, the fitters worked without a break all day (and in the most stifling heat!) to get the things fitted and secure. They honestly never stopped, not even to eat - no lingering lunch-breaks or tea stops at all. The finish and attention to detail is wonderful, far better than expected - and far better than for other windows we had done with another company a few years ago. Andy, in particular, was very helpful. The folks in the office, when we had need to call them, were always very helpful and friendly. Yes, they moved quickly. Yes, they were professional. And yes, we got the impression that they genuinely cared about doing a good job of it.
Following previous work on our Extension/Conservatory by W.Y.W. we decided to replace our front door. Darren and Andrew did an excellent job, they got on with it and in no time at all we had our new door installed We now have a lovely front door that is so smooth to open, close and lock compared to our previous one. I can't praise this company high enough. Great job and company.
