A local, family-run butcher shop supplying premium meats to the Brussels area.
We placed a big order for Christmas, but when it was delivered I found that the turkey was missing! I emailed, and within minutes someone called me to apologise and ask if it was convenient for us to have it delivered the next day. Sure enough, first thing next morning we had our turkey. All businesses make mistakes, but not everyone sorts them out this efficiently and this pleasantly. The Kelly Bronze turkey, when we ate it, was delicious, as were the ham, bacon and sausages.

We bought a bunch of various cuts to try out few recipes for upcoming Christmas dinner. Meat is of great quality and delivered to Brussels 1000 on time. We are looking forward to order more with Wesleys

Very impressed with the quality and taste of meat and ease of delivery. I have been searching for a butcher in Brussels that has eye fillet steak the quality and grass fed flavour of which I would find in my home country New Zealand, and have finally found it!
Fantastic butcher and our favorite in Brussels -- we were very happy to have found it! They have great service and always what we need -- from ready-to-grill hamburgers to Thanksgiving turkey! Highly recommend.

I was looking for Irish breakfast sausages and over the phone was assured that you had them, just the pork was belgian but the extra ingredients were according to an Irish mix. When i opened the sausage pages, i didn’t find irish b saudages so i called back and was assured that the chipolata were irish breakfast, which i ordered and added more beef to get to the E50 minimum for home delivery. We cooked them this morning and they are are anything you like except Irish breakfast sausages. Being Irish, i know these things. The ‘stuffing’ is all wrong, aparently no sage or bread, so I recommend that you revise your recipe, or at least stop passing off chipolata as Irish breakfast. Great service delivered to your door. It would be more helpful if the email informing of delivery on its way were sent half an hour prior delivery instead of just a few minutes.
