Full marks to Welbeing for sending Aaron Marshall to install my alarm system today.What a kind and caring man he is besides being very efficient,and very explanatory and showing attention to detail his cheerful attitude cheered me up no end and I now feel safe.when I am on my own in my home.THANKYOU AARON.

Very efficient, device easy to set up, and call centres very helpful and obliging. Was recommended to us by a friend, and whilst a new user so far very pleased with the service.

Local engineer and emergency staff are good. However finance department are awful. Still demanding money and invoice sent out for returned item. When dealing with my inquiry the operators attitude was aggressive.

Dennis came and set everything up in my 90 year old Mam's home, so pleasant and professional, cleaned up after his work, gave lots of kind advice on other matters that my mam may require.Excellent service...

The item arrived the day after ordering and my brother-in-law installed it in less than 10 minutes. After losing my partner of 62 years and being on my own I can rest easy that if anything happens to me help is just a click away.

Amazing service. Chris our Engineer was brilliant with my Mother in law who is 95. He was clear and concise and really helpful. Went absolutely the extra mile. She was very apprehensive and he was so good at putting her at her ease. Could rate highly enough.

Your representative, Aaron, came to install an alarm pendant, smoke alarm & keysafe to our property last week & I would just like to place on record what an excellent job he made of it all. He was prompt to arrive & courteous throughout, making us feel as if we were his most important customers. His workmanship was efficient & his explanations of the equipment very clear. The most important face of any business is the 'front man' & you have an ideal example of this in him. Thank you, Aaron, for brightening up our day.

Aaron came to our house to explain all of the emergency support equipment offered by Welbeing to help my 87 year old mother in law clearly and with no pressure at all. We agreed on a solution that worked for her and found the experience to be most helpful. Would highly recommend!

Aaron came to install a key safe and a tracking device for my mum. He was polite, caring and very knowledgeable about the products, he took time to explain everything to my mum in great detail. Aaron finished the job quickly and efficiently. A fantastic service.

On time, and as expected, Aaron turned up outside our house. We had overslept, as we had been visiting for the last time my partners mother who was on end of life care. As the end had not happened we were anxious and concerned, but appreciative that Aaron had turned up, and we didn't have to chase the appointment. Aarons manner was reassuring and of comfort. My partners father is 81 and getting more frail. It was like a breath of fresh air, Aaron explained the proceedure, let us walk around him trying to get ready for the day and was extremely patient and sociable. His demeanour being light hearted and happy,yet respectful. He tested the appliance several times to ensure all possibilities were covered and explained clearly the proceedure for using the product. I have to say that in my experience Aaron is an exceptional service engineer. It makes such a change and is refreshing to see that someone offering and delivering a service, understands the true concept of customer service. Thank you Aaron for lifting our spirits at such sombre time.

Aaron, who came to install the lifeline was an amazing guy. He arrived within his stated time period, was very polite and got straight on with fitting the Lifeline and smoke detectors and then proceeded with the necessary questionnaire. When you are old and infirm, he is just the type of chap you need around to do the job fast and efficiently and we felt secure letting him into our home and would thoroughly recommend his services. Thank you Aaron.

Feel reassured that we have made the right choice for our needs and lovely to meet a young man and speak to call centre staff that make you feel comfortable and safe in your own home. Thank you.

Very easy to set up the personal alarm system but somewhat more difficult to get the personal details form completed if you do not have a local emergency contact. I had to phone the company twice but they were very helpful and we got it completed in the end. If they allowed some free text entries it might make it easier.

An extremely helpful clear explanation and answer to all our questions given by the installer. The whole process was simple and done with care and humour. Having put off using this service for some time I would urge prospective users not to delay - the satisfaction and peace of mind is inestimable.

An engeneer called Aaron did the installation for my mother in law. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He engaged into conversation in a very friendly and professional way. He gave us a lot of time in answering questions etc even though he had had an extremely busy day. Thank you

Only had wellbeing in my mums property for a short while but so far really pleased with their service. Very easy set up require. Mum had a power cut at her home the other week and wellbeing noticed so they quickly informed me . Excellent customer service so far 😊
