Was quick delivery! Thought harness was working. But 3 days on around other dogs still pulls! Difficult problem I guess!! Fine when no other dogs around tho!!
Service was exceptional - my issue (wrong size) was dealt with efficiently and quickly so I was not inconvenienced. I will be using them again and would recommend them most highly.

Quite slow delivery- 4 /5 days, but price was the real issue as same product was half the price in retail. Won’t be using again unless prices are amended.
Dreadful company my parcel was left in a communal area even though there are instructions not to and it went missing I thought it would be okay as Webpets seem like a reasonable company...boy was I wrong the are rude, ignorant, unsympathetic, the person I spoke to started swearing at me and telling me to get off the phone as there we're more important customers waiting I couldn't believe what I was hearing they just kept hanging up on me even though I was polite, take my advice and STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I paid for next day delivery well before cut off time and got my order 2 days later. I also emailed about it, but didn't even get an acknowledgement let alone any explanation or apology. Ideally I wanted a refund for such an expensive delivery.
