Got a pair of their Warrior boots and the steel toecaps came through the soles after a few months. The company didn't want to know about it , but offered to sell me more of their rubbish. Lol. Not good value for money.

The site runs very slowly and your indexing system is hard to navigate (you need to break the categories down further, particularly for Warrior workwear). Search terms are a bit of a mystery too. I have been completely flummoxed when searching for overalls... this search term only brings up results for Dickies overalls. I discovered recently that if I removed the 's' then then all results would show. Who calls them overall without the 's'?
Product and service are excellent but the website could do with been quicker.
