Very enjoyable day, well looked after and exceptional driving manners by all drivers. Was a Lotus event.
a well organised but laid back & chilled event. loads of space, uncrouded and well run. would seriously go again and no hesitation to recommend booking with these guys.
Fantastic day. Great circuit, great weather, great group of people. Don't think I've ever been on a trackday before where I didn't see a single yellow or red flag. Erving standards were high and everyone was very courteous in letting faster cars past. Brilliant.
Little bit shaky organisation at the start to the day but a lovely bunch of people once things got going. Tea, coffee and biscuits on hand all day long, brilliant, and a decent cafe on site for lunchtime. The safety aspect was impeccable given the 'open track' nature of the day, a mix up of experienced racers and first timers like me. The briefing was very good and the tuition was (a) essential, and (b) as good as it gets. Probably the best £355 I've ever spent (£60 of this was tuition). Thanks everyone, massive smiles, good job. No fuss and bother signing on, clear and amusing briefing, any problems on track appeared to be dealt with quickly and best of all tea, coffee and biscuits included all day. Hope to be back soon!
A very relaxed well organised but professionally run event, briefing thorough and comprehensive ..staff were helpful and friendly ..free drinks appreciated ,just a small touch but nice. Photo back up very good and swift ...all in all I really enjoyed the event
I have just returned from the Spa weekend and in March it was always going to be a bit of a gamble with the weather but we got lucky. Had a fantastic time and Bookatrack looked after us in every way. Light lunch provided which really warmed us up. Drivers were well behaved and I am a novice but they were curtious and gave me plenty of room. Overtaking safely at all times. Fantastic weekend and I will be booking again.
This was my first time at this driving experience and would like to go again. i was impressed by the briefing and by most drivers discipline although some drivers were a bit intimidating when holding your driving line.
From arrival untill departure, everything happened with enthousiasme and kindness. We are coming back !
The day was a bit spoiled by the extreme speed differentials. Race cars and road cars do not mix . I was having to compromise my lines to keep out peoples way
Having had experience with numerous track day organizers, I have to say Book-A-Track looks professional and efficient. Minimal waiting time, maximum driving time
The only complaint - the weather in the afternoon. Second thoughts even enjoyed going round in the wet!
Hi, Have just returned from my 2 day track event at Spa in Belgium. I had a really great time, the event ran very smoothly with very few stoppages which were quickly cleared away and we got as much track-time as our cars could manage, my little clio 172 cup was "fizzing" on almost every lap and was seeing 100mph corner speeds, I felt like a real racing driver ! I can honestly say that it was the perfect trackday and everyone seemed to have the same idea as regards track etiquette, very good, even some of the faster cars would move over for me when on their cool down laps. The weather was a very mixed bag, just as I expected we had almost 4 seasons in 1 day which meant lots of tyre changes including plenty of slick tyre laps. This Spa circuit should be top of any trackday to-do-list it is AWESOME ! and the whole experience for me was perfect. I will certainly be using BaT again as they provided everything i could have wanted from a trackday with no fuss or messing around from morning till end of track time. Les Kirk.
My first time using Bookatrack and certainly won't be the last. I was nervous as it was my first 'real' track day (Spa Francorchamp) but the organisers couldn't have been more helpful. Also the instructor (Scott Mansell) was brill, explaining clearly and not patronising me - I learnt a lot in a short time. Food and drinks were a real bonus and the hot soup was just perfect on a cold wet day. All in all - I can highly recommend the Bookatrack team and am already looking for my next track day with them. Thanks everyone!
Tues 11th March... first time out with bookatrack and although fully booked the track was never too busy and never a que at pitlane exit. Great mix of well prepared vehicles and able and respectfull driving. Book again - most certainly.
Everything ran as scheduled - briefing was spot on (serious - but not OTT), and everyone of the BaT team were great to deal with. Sarah Reader gave each of us exactly the right amount of tuition and guidance and went beyond what we expected with one of our more nervous drivers. Still grinning 3 days later
Wholeheartedly recommended. A great day from start to finish. Organisation was spot on and everything was very professional and friendly. All staff have time to talk as well which was great as first timers. Instructor Stuart was a gem. We'll be back for more!
As the title says the BAT team are well organised and know what they are doing. They pretty much let people get on with enjoying themselves but will step in and have words if people do start to step out of line. Definitely one of the top trackday companies.
Couldn't recommend more highly - one of the better companies I ever deal with, really.
