Product delivery was much fast than I expected. Well packaged with a nice little note of appreciation. The package was delivered from Wellington to Nelson. I recognised the name on the note from previously shopping at the Wellington, Wallace Cotton in person. That made it a bit special for me and I was also happy to see that the sales clerk was still working there.
Great price - awesome to feel like you’re saving a bit in today’s economy! Great service. Great quality although I think the linen bags PLUS the sewn on plastic labels is overkill and would personally be happy with a recycled brown paper bag with a hand stamped ‘Wallace Cotton” on it. ❤️

Great service and quality products
Product is lovely. Communication was clear and swift. Dispatch and delivery were prompt. Rating would be higher except the three small eye masks arrived in two different parcels, due to coming from different locations apparently. The compostable packaging resulted in both parcels arriving with the contents damp as the bags are not fully weatherproof and this was a wet week. Otherwise no issues and very happy with the actual products
