We source all our wood from local, sustainable woodlands. We then kiln dry it, in our biomass kilns, to ensure that the logs and kindling are bone dry and ready for burning. This ensures maximum heat given out, and clean easy to light logs.

What appear to be excellent logs were unloaded to my drive on time as expected. Autumn will tell whether they are as good as they look, but I'm sure they'll be fine, they are now stacked snugly in my log store awaiting the darker colder nights. At this rate I will definitely use your service again - unless the logs prove to be poor of course!!
Much better than collecting wood. I have always collected wood off the land, then one day decided to try Walker's Logs after a bad paragliding accident which immobilized me for a few months. They burn so much hotter and slowly compared to "collected" wood. All cut to a convenient length and delivered in manageable quantities. I will not be going back. I estimate cost of heating house with wood burner to be comparable to my central heating - only idleness stops me using wood all the time!
