We source all our wood from local, sustainable woodlands. We then kiln dry it, in our biomass kilns, to ensure that the logs and kindling are bone dry and ready for burning. This ensures maximum heat given out, and clean easy to light logs.

Excellent logs as usual, easy to stack and brilliant to burn (in my Clearview one piece lasts an hour). The order is handled efficiently by a very capable office, and delivered promptly. I've been using this firm for about twenty years: in itself that shows how impressed I have always been.

Have tried other suppliers but I'm definitely going back to Walkers. Logs are great, burn really well and not of completely random sizes. We only have a small log burner and with other suppliers I've had to chop some of the logs to be suitable. Again, Walkers aced it here. Took advantage of their stacking service and they made a fantastic job of stacking 3 deep in my log store. Would have taken me ages plus a 'day on the bench' with a sore back afterwards. Highly recommended.
